Tyee Finance is a Washington LLC, formed in 2014, to provide alternative lending to Businesses who are unable to get what they need from Commercial Banks. Tyee is managed by Joel Carlson. Joel is an experienced Banker and Asset Based Lender. With over 35 years of Commercial lending experience at Rainier Bank, Bank of America, US Bank, CIT and GE Commercial Finance, Joel can quickly understand how a company appears to potential lenders. Understanding the characteristics of the borrower and the requested loan allows him to match the request with his large network of non-bank lenders. Contrary to commonly held belief, not all lenders are alike and knowing which lenders will approve what types of deals allows for quick and successful transactions.
