Babar Anjum is an architect with a wide-ranging experience in design projects covering most major sectors of the development activity. His interests encompass both architectural and planning projects. He has a special interest in large scale projects and thus far has played a role in completing several large scale projects for the office.
Fauzia Husain Qureshi, a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1980 has a number of additional qualifications specifically in Conservation of the Built Heritage from UK, Japan and China. She served at UNICON and has been the team leader in conservation and management projects including the Master Plan for Conservation of Rohtas Fort, Lahore Fort and Shalimar Gardens and conducted infrastructure studies for both world heritage sites of Lahore. She has been the team leader and Project Manager for the design of the SOS Villages and Schools in Lahore, Multan and Sialkot. Her project of the SOS Lahore was nominated for the Agha Khan Award for Architecture. She has been architect for the design and supervision of numerous educational buildings including the Lahore Grammar School Projects in Paragon City, Jauhar Town and Multan, Kinnaird College Hostel and Staff Quarters for the National College of Arts. Fauzia has also been the team leader and Principal Architect for design of a large number of banks including their interiors.

He is an Electrical Engineer with vast experience in the relevant field. He is involved in the design of Electrical system in various projects executed by UNICON in the last 15 years and specializes in systems design for a wide variety of building types.
MS. NADIRA BASHIR is the Director at UNICON. She has been responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with investors and developers and other potential clients. Over the past few years, she has taken lead in new business opportunities that can support the firm's overall growth strategy.

PARVEZ LATIF QURESHI brings with him 45 years of experience of handling planning, architecture, and management projects. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1979. He has handled projects both nationally and internationally and is a recipient of a number of awards the most notable being the ARCASIA Award in Architecture for ‘Conservation of Multan Services Club'. His contributions to planning works include the design of some of the largest real estate land development schemes in Pakistan, industrial estates, and integrated area development and infrastructure studies. His expertise in building projects in seismic zones and in handling pre-engineered structures and prefabricated/modular structure design systems has been demonstrated in numerous projects undertaken by UNICON ranging from Expo Centre Lahore to school buildings in the northern areas. He has provided consultancy services to numerous international agencies such as UNICEF, UNDP World Bank, and the Agha Khan Foundation. He is recognized as doing pioneering work for Sikh religious tourism in Pakistan and was responsible for the conservation and restoration of Gurdwara Janam Asthan Sri Ram Das, Chooni Mandi, Lahore.
Mr. Parvez Qureshi was awarded Arcasia Award for Architectural Excellence in Conservation (Honorary Mention) for Restoration of Services Club, Multan in 1999-2000. In 2012, the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) awarded him with the Design Build Honor Award.

Rabia Qureshi is an architect and interior designer with a wide-ranging experience in design projects covering most major sectors of the development activity. Her interests encompass both new developments and the rehabilitation and adaptation of old buildings. She is an architect with special experience in hospital design.
