Elia Quiles leads the business side of UP Art Studio. As a project manager, Elia coordinates all aspects of project planning, delivery, community engagement and communications. In this work she draws upon her corporate experience as the Director of Marketing and Research for the Texas office of a global real estate firm. In all, she has more than 20 years of related professional experience.

Noah Quiles drives the creative side of UP Art Studio. He also leads the logistics and technical aspects of project delivery. Noah has been in the street art world for over 25 years. He brings vision, creative ideas, and makes connections that fuel partnerships and project delivery. Noah has a gift for warmly engaging partners and people at many social levels. He finds creative paths for project development, attracts funders, and manages artist relationships. He also leads on issues related to graffiti abatement, maintenance, and installation restoration and preservation.
Robin Munro has been a creative visionary his entire life. He is inspired by his mother's artistic gifts and his father's leadership and problem-solving skills. He embodies both the creative and logistical skill sets needed for artistic visions and execution. With over 25 years of experience in a multitude of artistic applications, event organizing, and project production, there isn't much this creative mind can't bring to life. Focused on street culture, fine art, curation, design, sculpture and production this artist has been nationally recognized for his creative visions and works.
