As part of our environmental commitment we're always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and have used green energy, 100% renewable electric since 2006. Our takeaway packaging is over 70% biodegradable, we don't use plastic and we always look for suppliers that support this ethos. We also work with the regional food network to reduce air miles and utilise seasonal product.
