Mr. Atanasov, our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, was appointed our principal financial officer in May 2019. Prior to that, from 2016 Mr. Atanasov served as Chief Financial Officer of Empire Petroleum Partners, LLC, a leading motor-fuel distributor in North America. Prior to joining Empire, Mr. Atanasov held various positions at NGL Energy Partners LP, a NYSE-traded midstream master limited partnership based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Atanasov joined NGL in November 2011 as Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in May 2013. Prior to NGL, Mr. Atanasov spent nine years at GE Capital in various roles in increasing leadership responsibilities. Mr. Atanasov earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oral Roberts University. Mr. Atanasov is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Williamson was named a director in August 2018. Ms. Williamson served in various roles at Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") from 1974 to 1993 and 1998 to 2011, most recently as Senior Global Client Service Partner. Ms. Williamson was also EY's Americas Inclusiveness Officer, a member of its Americas Executive Board, which functions as the Board of Directors for EY dealing with strategic and operational matters, and a member of the EY U.S. Executive Board. Ms. Williamson serves as a director of Cricut, Inc., Pentair plc and Cushman & Wakefield plc. Mr. Simmons, our Senior Vice President & General Counsel, was appointed our chief legal officer in December 2014. Mr. Simmons joined Kraton in January 2010 and served in various capacities in Kraton's legal department, including most recently as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Simmons served in a number of roles, with increasing responsibilities, in the legal department of HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc. (now HCC Tokio Marine), including as Vice President & Corporate Secretary from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Simmons previously was an associate with Haynes and Boone, LLP, from 2000 to 2004, and Porter & Hedges LLP, from 1998 to 2000, practicing in the areas of general corporate representation of public and private companies. Mr. Simmons earned B.A. and M.A. degrees from Stephen F. Austin State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

John Gallagher III is the CEO of Stellar CJS Holdings, LLC a privately held investment company formed in 2009. Previously, Mr. Gallagher was the Chief Operating Officer at Milacron (MDCS and Fluids) from May 2014 until May 2016. Mr. Gallagher served in various senior executive capacities with Celanese Corporation from 2005 until 2009, including as Executive Vice President and President, Acetyl and Celanese Asia from 2007 to 2009 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Celanese Corporation from 2005 to 2007. Prior to his service with Celanese, Mr. Gallagher served in several executive positions with Great Lakes Chemical Corporation including acting Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain. Prior to that time, Mr. Gallagher was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UOP LLC from 1999 to 2001; served in various capacities at AlliedSignal, Inc., including as Chief Financial Officer, Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems Division, from 1995 to 1999; and worked as a senior manager for the public accounting firm Price Waterhouse LLP from 1986 to 1994. During the past five years, Mr. Gallagher served on the board of directors of Milacron Holdings Corp. Mr. Santangelo was appointed our Senior Vice President, Global Operations in June 2020. Prior to that, from May 2017 Mr. Santangelo served as Senior Vice President Manufacturing, Engineering and EH&S at Innophos, a leading international producer of essential ingredients. Prior to joining Innophos, Mr. Santangelo was an independent consultant in operations and supply chain. From December 2014 to May 2016, Mr. Santangelo was Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain at Arizona Chemical Company, which was acquired by Kraton Corporation in early 2016. Mr. Santangelo began his career at Ashland Inc. where, for 33 years, he held various roles in increasing leadership responsibilities. Mr. Santangelo earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science, each in Chemical Engineering, from Villanova University.
