Cole Bingham

Cole Bingham is an experienced litigator who devotes his practice to assisting individuals and families whose lives have been negatively impacted and irreparably harmed by a personal injury or wrongful death caused by someone else's negligent or wrongful conduct. Specifically, Mr. Bingham specializes in motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle and trucking accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, product liability, and premises liability. Having personally experienced the unnecessary loss of a family member due to someone else's conduct, Mr. Bingham is able to empathize with his clients, understands the importance of his representation, and truly enjoys helping them navigate all aspects of the claim and litigation process. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Utah, Mr. Bingham graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law with High Honors. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a "Mountain States Rising Star" for the past four years (2017-2020) and "One to Watch" by Best Lawyers in 2020. Mr. Bingham also serves as the Pro Tem Justice Court Judge for Herriman City. Prior to joining Lance Andrew, P.C., Mr. Bingham was a litigator at Durham, Jones, and Pinegar, P.C. and the insurance defense firm, Morgan, Minnock, Rice, and Miner, L.C. Having years of experience representing insurance companies, Mr. Bingham is able to use his knowledge and insight of how insurance companies defend their cases to his client's advantage. When he is not advocating for his clients, Mr. Bingham enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and three children, bicycling, coaching his son's baseball team, attending his girls' dance recitals and gymnastic meets, golfing, and of course, attending University of Utah football games.

Dustin Lance

Dustin's practice involves representing clients that have been seriously injured in accident and injury cases. Dustin has handled many types of personal injury cases in Utah. Dustin is a Utah native and he grew up in the Holladay area, graduated from Cottonwood High School, and later he earned his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Utah and his law degree from the University's SJ Quinney College of Law where he was a staff member on the Journal of Law and Family Studies.

Jessica Andrew

Jessica Andrew specializes in auto and trucking collisions, motorcycle crashes, products liability litigation and premises liability cases. She has litigated and tried cases in federal and state jurisdictions across the country and has been recognized by Super Lawyers, the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Attorney at Law Magazine, and, most importantly, her clients, whose confidence and trust matter to her the most. A firm believer in the sanctity of the right to trial by jury and in access to justice for all, Jessica serves as the President of the Utah Association for Justice and was the founding chairwoman of the UAJ Women's Caucus. She is an active member of the American Association for Justice and participant in the Utah Center for Legal Inclusion, and she serves as a mentor with the Utah State Bar's New Lawyer Training Program. Jessica teaches on the faculty of the Trial Lawyers College, and she serves on the College's alumni board. Since 2017, she has served on the Salt Lake City Police Civilian Review Board, representing City Council District 7. After graduating summa cum laude from Arizona State University in 2005, Jessica attended law school at the University of Utah, graduating with honors in 2009. She is a 2017 graduate of the Trial Lawyers College. Jessica believes that every person has a unique story, and that listening and honoring each others' stories is what brings people together, in families, communities, nations and the justice system. Her practice centers on hearing, honoring and telling her clients' true stories, and in connecting with all willing to honestly work toward achieving justice for all.
