My path began with practicing TRE, which I eventually became certified in. This practice helped me release a significant amount of tension, enabling me to explore new modalities, such as Ilan Lev Method, Soul Body Fusion, Access Consciousness Bars, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation, Integrative Presence, and Breath Integration. These expanded my horizons, leading to my current role as a somatic psychotherapist in Core Energetics and Brainspotting. I continue my education in this field and am considering further study in other psychotherapeutic methods to better serve my clients... To ensure that I remain humble about my work and qualities, I participate in regular supervision both individually and in groups in three different countries: the US, Norway, and Poland...
