Bobby DeWeese

Bobby joined UEI in 2022 with over 12 years of design-build experience. He's worked on a broad range of projects-both large and small-within the multi-family, senior housing, office, retail, education, and healthcare space. He believes that the built environment is a journey and enjoys continually learning about its many facets. Bobby hopes to get better at golf this year, but will likely continue to be awful.

Ean Young

Since 2017, Ean has been helping Urban Elements move forward their mission of attainable housing. Ean has worked as an estimator and project engineer/manager in the San Francisco Bay Area, Houston, and Sacramento. He still feels the final season of Game of Thrones could've been better.

Julie Young - Founder

Julie has worked on many development and community benefit projects. Her focus has narrowed from a broad development platform to attainable housing, using market-rate principals. The Kind Project is the result of this focus and the Urban Elements team effort to bring beautiful housing to workforce at a cost-effective price point. The highlight of Julie's life was flawlessly delivering the 8th grade commencement speech for Fesler Junior High School, not because she was the valedictorian but, simply because she raised her hand at the wrong moment.
