She has led, given shape to to projects starting from staffing projects from ground up through successful implementation and delivery. She is well versed with fed contractual requirements like CMMI Dev and ISO 9001 implementation of company-wide systems for project management and ensuring FISMA compliance. Over the years she led all facets of program/project management, systems development, sub-contract management, federal contracting, non-profit management, communications, training, helpdesk support, and partnerships.
Archana has a Doctorate in Computer Engineering from The University of Louisiana and a Master's in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
Radhika is a seasoned professional with 17 years of global industry experience and a passion for customer insights and applying modern and creative strategies to drive engagement and deliver value. Her tenure boasts of impressive tenures in leadership roles at Tata Sky, Mahindra, Moodys New York and where she overhauled processes, oversaw acquisition and integration of new partners in Toronto, NY,DC and Virginia offices.

Sai Ramachandran brings 16 years of professional experience ranging from Goldman Sachs in New York to enterprise apps for some of the top names in Fortune 500 like Thermo Fisher Scientific and Pepsi Frito-Lays, testing, and most recently leadership and team building.
Sai has a Masters in Computer Science from the world-renowned Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences of NYU where he studied under AI stalwarts like Yann Lecun (NYU, Facebook).
