Chad Coker is responsible for providing strategic and technical direction for Veridocs' software product offerings. Since 2006, he has overseen software development as the company has grown from a single customer to servicing many of the world's largest gaming venues.
Chad brings a wide array of technology industry experience including positions in technical support, recruiting, software development, technical project management, and team management. Prior to joining Veridocs, he played a key role in improving and streamlining Tempur-Pedic's technology systems as the company rapidly grew to a billion-dollar corporation. During this time, Chad created and implemented the IT governance and compliance program in preparation for Tempur-Pedic's initial public offering.
Chad is a native of Clovis, NM and currently resides with his wife and daughter in Lexington, KY. Chad holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science.

Jackie brings 15 years of experience in the gaming industry with a background in sales, marketing and customer service. She began her career at JCM (Japanese Cash Machine) as an Account/Customer Service Representative.
Jackie's passion for her customers has allowed her to move up through the ranks of industry leaders such as Suzo-Happ Group to become VP of Sales/Marketing & Customer Service and Ditronics Financial Services, LLC as a VP of Sales for Western Region, where she was later promoted to VP of National Customer Service. Most recently, Jackie served as EVP of Sales and Customer Service for IGSA (International Gaming Support of America, LLC), responsible for the start up of their distribution division.

Sam joined Veridocs in 2008 as Vice President of Technical Support and is responsible for the quality control, implementation and support of the Veridocs applications. Sam works closely with the business development and software development teams to ensure customer acceptance and satisfaction of the Veridocs product line.
The Shreveport, LA native and Lexington, KY resident graduated from Louisiana State University-Shreveport with a B.S. degree in computer science and a minor in mathematics. Prior to joining Veridocs, Sam began his career in software development and was instrumental in the development of McKinnie Systems' Track Manager® product line used at Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Race tracks. In 2001, when McKinnie Systems rebranded as InCompass Solutions, he became Vice President of Product Development and was responsible for transforming the operation into an application service provider. During his tenure, Sam oversaw the implementation of the application into Asia, Latin America and every major race track in the United States and Canada, solidifying it as the standard for race track management software.
