The program requires the properties to meet or exceed their own cleaning standards / requirements set out in the agreement. The Sanera Verified-Clean program relies upon both objective and subjective components in setting forth a methodology for measuring cleaning effectiveness. Specifically, we provide "ranges of clean" based on ATP testing as well as sample evaluation forms.
