As President, Chase oversees inspection services, sales/marketing, client relations and business development. He also manages ValueGuard's growing team of home inspectors and radon technicians. Chase is the firm's required individual holding radon certification from the Pennsylvania DEP.
Chase was the creative and technical force behind the 3+ year development of ValueGuard's proprietary home inspection software, HomeRapport (TM). HomeRapport supports comprehensive, multi-point inspection of major systems and components resulting in clear, concise and photo-rich home inspection reports.
Chase Millard holds BA and MS degrees from the University of Florida and West Virginia University, respectively. Chase, Lily and their two daughters and son enjoy the beauty of the Brandywine on their farm in West Chester.

Dave Bollinger is a seasoned, experienced Master Home Inspector with over 17 years of home inspection experience and over 5,000 property inspections in the Greater Philadelphia area.
He is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®) Certified home inspector, fully compliant with all State requirements and licensed to inspect in the City of Philadelphia.
David's inspection services are in very high demand as a result of his many client referrals. He inspects residential and commercial properties in the five counties of Greater Philadelphia, including Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia and Delaware Counties.
David is the proud father of a son and daughter.

Jim is an experienced Client Services professional with over 12 years of dedicated account service in our area. Jim manages our terrific client services team.

Jim holds degrees in Library Science and Information Systems from Drexel University. Jim and his wife live in Philadelphia and enjoy the area's galleries, museums, and bistros. If the weather is nice, you will often find them exploring the city with their dog Marty.

Matt Maraldo is a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Certified radon technician He conducts radon tests in homes throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, including Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Bucks County and the City of Philadelphia,
Matt is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, performer, producer and teacher. He holds an MA in Music Education and a BA in Music Performance from the University of the Arts. He has performed in over 15 countries with Grammy nominated artists. Matt is currently focusing on producing popular music for new artists and fostering young talent.

Michael Kelley is a an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®) Certified home inspector with over 20 years of experience. He has inspected over 8,000 homes throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and the City of Philadelphia. He is a former Board Member and Vice President of Tri-State ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). He has also served as a Member of ASHI's National Ethics Committee.
Michael Kelley's extensive background also includes construction management, plant engineering and continuing education coursework in structure, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, exterior wall cladding (EIFS inspector certification - Level 1; Building Envelope Certification Level 2,) steep slope roof certification, energy management and new construction inspection. Mike is a highly experienced and requested home inspector who always puts his client's interests first.
Mike is a US Air Force Veteran, having served as lead meteorologist at Andrews Air Force Base in Washington DC. Mike is the proud father of two children.
Michael Pistor has been an accredited American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®) Certified home inspector for 19 years. He has performed over 5,500 residential and commercial inspections throughout the City of Philadelphia and Southeastern Pennsylvania. He holds a home inspection license in the City of Philadelphia and is a Pennsylvania State Compliant home inspector
Michael Pistor has extensive professional experience in residential construction and remodeling. He has completed continuing education coursework in many areas, including Ventilation and Combustion Air, Chimneys and Venting, Manufactured and Modular Buildings Practices and Residential Plan Review. Mike is highly respected throughout the industry for his vast experience and thorough inspections and is an excellent communicator with new home buyers.
Mike has a BS Degree, and enjoys biking, gardening and cooking with his home-grown hot pepper sauce!
