WAUNAKEE - Key Persons

Brea Ganser

Brea has led the Interior Design team here at CCH since 2015. She assists customers with choosing both interior and exterior selections from start to finish - all the way from doors, windows, siding and roofing to paint colors, window coverings, and cabinet hardware. As an in-house interior designer, she will help to keep you on schedule, on budget, and on top of new trends and products! She is also responsible for ordering material and cabinet drawings for current clients. Homegrown here in the Madison area, she worked as an interior designer for a small local business in Central Wisconsin, assisting customers with furniture selections and began her lifelong passion for cabinetry. Brea enjoys time with her husband, son, and family, and two precious babies (of the feline variety). She also enjoys yoga and kayaking. We love that she has such a big heart - she volunteers at local charity events (AJN Freedom Isn't Free and the Cow Chip Festival). She also has volunteered at the food shelter.

Bruce Reetz

Bruce started with us in April of 2017 as an in-house draftsman. He will be working with customers to design house plans, and to interact heavily with the interior designers, lumber yards, and other parts of the business to make sure the plans are in harmony with the finished product and specifications. Bruce has a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville in Residential Design. He has been drawing plans since 1980 and was a general contractor for 14 years, so we are excited to have his knowledge and experience at our disposal. Bruce has also been a rough/finish carpenter, and Vice President of a ready mix company so his understanding of the trades and business as a whole is beneficial to any construction project.

Bryan Sipple

How do we describe our Chief Operating Officer, Bryan Sipple? Let's just say he was born to be a builder! As a 4th generation carpenter, there was never a doubt that he would go on to a successful career in the construction industry. While working with his grandfather and father since age 12, they instilled in him the discipline and drive that he possesses today. Bryan credits his mother for his outgoing personality and charisma. Bryan's strong work ethic and commitment to quality is what built Classic Custom Homes. He is not just building the American Dream, he's living it! Working side by side with his wife Jennie, they have proven that with discipline and hard work, anything is possible. Bryan has been in the construction field for over three decades. His expertise is in new home construction, multi-family construction, and residential and commercial remodeling. He has worked hands-on in many aspects of construction, and now project manages each and every project himself. This personal hands-on approach and attention to detail is just another thing that separates CCH from the others. With the reputation of Classic Custom Homes on the line, it is important to Bryan that the finest quality products are used and delivered for an affordable price. Giving back to others in need is very important to Bryan and Classic Custom Homes. Bryan gives generously to the American Cancer Society after losing some dear friends and family members to cancer. He also gives to the Shiners Hospital for Children. When Bryan is not working, he enjoys spending time at his cabin. A true outdoorsman, his best days are spent with friends and family while snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, or boating. His best partner to share these activities with is his dog Scooter, who is an avid 4-wheeler and jet-skier (it's true - ask to see the photos).

Darin Geiger

Darin started with Classic Custom Homes back in December of 2014. He is one of our carpenters and works directly with both the construction managers and subcontractors on the project. Darin has been in the building trades since he was 18. He was always interested in woodworking and advancing his knowledge in the building trades. When not working, Darin loves to get out and run/bike triathalons and duathalons. He lives in Sun Prairie with his wife Michele and two girls, Eve and soon-to-be Ella.

Dave Horzewski

Dave has been with Classic Custom Homes for over three years. He works as part of the ‘Painting Division' here at CCH. They work on interior trim painting, exterior painting, and custom wall/ceiling painting for the new construction homes, remodels, and commercial projects. They also handle the warranty, service calls, and touchups required before and after homeowner's move in. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Steven's Point, Dave holds a Bachelor's of Science degree. He has been married 25 years and has four children, ages 15-22. He currently lives in Reedsburg. After college, Dave worked for the State of Wisconsin for nearly twenty years and returned to painting with his father-in-law before he retired from his business of over forty years (whom he worked for during the summers in high school). Dave likes to bow hunt, make walking sticks, and referee hockey games in the winter.

Jennie Sipple

Jennie has worn many hats over the years at Classic Custom Homes. She has been involved in nearly all aspects of the business and has served in virtually every capacity of the organization. She is currently acting as Director of Sales & Marketing and Interior Designer. As a licensed Realtor, she negotiates the best possible land costs for each project. When assisting our customers with design services, she holds herself to the highest standards so your project exceeds your expectations and is completed on-time and in-budget. Jennie's work experience has been in construction since 2005 when she joined her husband Bryan in Classic Custom Homes. Prior to joining the company, Jennie was a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt focusing on quality and process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and waste. Prior to her Quality Management career, she spent 19 years in the travel industry as a Travel Agent, Travel Agency Manager and Owner, and finally a Corporate Travel Call Center Manager. Jennie attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire studying Psychology and Marketing. She obtained a degree from Travel Careers School in Milwaukee, WI and later her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Six Sigma Academy. Once again, the American Cancer Society is the charity of choice for Jennie and the Sipple family. She also gives generously to the American Family UW Children's Hospital, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, and the Alzheimer's & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin. These facilities do life-changing work each day, and Jennie gains much inspiration from their actions. She has also donated time and energy to Habitat for Humanity and Extreme Makeover Home Edition, although I don't know how much "talent" she brought to the building process! When Jennie is not working, she enjoys spending time at her cabin with Bryan and friends & family. She enjoys traveling, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, golfing, and hanging out with her daughter, Bailee. Jennie likes to relax with her dog Poppy, who does not 4-wheel or jet-ski like Scooter does.

Jon Dietzman

Jon joined our Classic Custom Homes family in February 2007. In his current role as Construction Manager, he is responsible for nearly all aspects of the build. From day-to-day job & employee oversight, service and repairs, to final punch-out of your home, you will certainly appreciate his vast experience in the industry. Jon came to us with a background in framing that he learned at the age of 12 years old working with family members in the industry (do you see a pattern here?). Jon attended UW-Whitewater for Business Administration but soon returned to the construction field. He holds a Lead-Safe Renovation certification which requires on-going continued education. When not working, Jon enjoys working on and driving demolition cars, sports, snowmobiling, riding ATVs with friends, and spending time with his niece and nephew. Following the tradition of giving, Jon gives generously to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

Julio Parra-Vasquez

Julio has worked for Classic Custom Homes for two years in the Painting Division. He comes to us with over 17 years of painting experience. Julio is originally from Mexico and has been in the United States since 1998. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his little daughter.

Nicole Hartmann

Nicole has been part of our Classic Custom Homes team since 2012. Nicole plays a vital role on the office team by being Bryan's "right arm" while he's out in the field. She handles the scheduling of all jobs, the bidding of current and prospective projects, and handles much of the communication between homeowners and our vendors. Her attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a great asset to the company and we are happy to have her in this role! Nicole began her career with CCH as Property Manager of our rental units as she came to us with a strong Property Management background. Nicole attended University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and Madison College and holds a Paralegal Science Degree and Certification. When she is not working, Nicole enjoys yoga, snowboarding, snowmobiling, being at the lake with her family, shopping, mani/pedis, playing piano, and watching ridiculous reality shows! She also gives to charitable organizations such as "Shelter from the Storm" Pet Adoptions (where she adopted her cat, Gizmo) and the ASPCA for the Prevention of Animal Cruelty. She has also adopted a dog named Marley which looks remarkably like a squirrel!

Sam Conroy

We are pleased to add Sam to our team of in-house designers. Sam will work with customers on selecting the interior and exterior finishes of current and prospective customers. She will also help to manage the budget of customers and to steer them in the right direction for maintaining quality of finish and product.

Tim Frye

Tim joined the Classic Custom Homes team full-time in January 2013 after working previously as a sub-contractor. In his current role as our 2nd Construction Manager, he is also responsible for all aspects of the build. His background of over 15 years of general carpentry experience has been a huge benefit to CCH and our customers. As a single father of 3 children, Tim does not have much free time. Although he definitely enjoys attending their sporting events, fishing, snowmobiling, and riding ATVs with his kids. Charitable giving continues with Tim as he donates time to Youth Football. He has also participated in Habitat for Humanity and also gives generously to the American Cancer Society to fund research and end this deadly disease that has taken too many of our friends too early.
