Aaron Stegall, Jr. is responsible for developing solutions for client needs in policy development, strategic planning, federal grant application development, monitoring, and compliance. Aaron earned a bachelor's in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
Amy Barlow is responsible for developing solutions for client needs in policy development, strategic planning, and program assessments. Before joining the Whitehouse Group team, she worked at a county planning department in Kentucky, reviewing site plans and reporting to the planning commission on compliance and regulation solutions. She also has experience as a city planner in Florida, evaluating applications for rezonings, variances, signage, and site plan compliance on setbacks, parking space, and traffic flow requirements. Amy earned a master's in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).

Amy Vargas is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and a SHRM-certified professional (SHRM-CP). She is also certified by the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW). Amy is responsible for managing organizational development projects and, along with our other Senior Associates, guides the professional development of our Associates. She has provided management-oriented deliverables and guidance to several public agencies, including municipalities, metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs), departments of transportation (DOTs), and transit authorities. Before joining the Whitehouse Group team, she worked for more than ten years serving underrepresented populations in Missouri and Texas. Amy earned a master's degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis (WashU). The Journal of Health and Social Work published her work on improving "help-seeking" opportunities for diverse populations.
Chuka Chinye is responsible for developing solutions for client needs in strategic planning, funding assessments, federal grant application development, monitoring, and compliance. Chuka earned a bachelor's in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University (FAU).

Dale Largie is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Florida with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Dale manages the firm's day-to-day financial operations. He is responsible for supporting the development of management deliverables addressing issues such as financial leadership, corporate structure, financial system implementation, internal controls design and implementation, and forensic financial analysis. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Keller School of Management, specializing in accounting.
Ishan Keskar is responsible for developing solutions for client needs in policy development, strategic planning, program assessments, and data-driven initiatives, including GIS analyses. Before joining the Whitehouse Group team, he worked for India's Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, supporting the development of a policy framework for Complete Streets and e-mobility solutions nationwide. Ishan earned a master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University.
Maria Rigal is a commissioned Notary Public with the State of Florida. Maria is responsible for the management of all administrative functions at Whitehouse Group. She is bilingual and supports the translation of our deliverables into Spanish. Maria earned a bachelor's degree in business from Florida International University (FIU).

Nicholas Torres is a certified urban planner with the American Planning Association's (APA) American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Nicholas is responsible for managing transportation-related projects and, along with our other Senior Associates, the professional development of our Associates. He has provided deliverables and guidance to more than 30 public infrastructure agencies, including transit authorities, metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs), departments of transportation (DOTs), and port authorities. Nick earned a master's in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University (FSU). The United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) recognized his contributions to its Summer Transportation Internship Program for Diverse Groups.
Thomas Brandenstein is responsible for developing solutions for client needs in strategic planning, performance evaluations, funding assessments, survey design and analyses, map creation, and GIS analyses. Before joining Whitehouse Group, he was a team leader within the mapping group of an international mobility firm supporting the development of autonomous vehicles for passengers and freight. Tom earned a bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Science from the University of Akron.

Todd Brauer is a certified urban planner with the American Planning Association's (APA) American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and a certified Professional Transportation Planner (PTP) with the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE). Todd manages the firm's day-to-day operations and client relationships. Before co-founding Whitehouse Group, Todd was the technical director at a metropolitan planning organization (MPO) and a project manager at an international engineering firm. In addition, he was an adjunct professor in the School of Applied Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis (WashU). Todd earned a Master of Urban Planning (MUP) degree from the University of Kansas (KU), specializing in transportation and land use.

Wade earned a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University (FSU). He is the recipient of the Carl Feiss Award from the 1000 Friends of Florida for contributions to the field of Urban Regional Planning.
