Bonnie Davis - Managing Director

Bonnie Davis Archuleta began her career in Community Association Management in 2001, a few months after graduating from the University of San Diego. She returned to her home in the Chicagoland area and spent the next decade managing condominium associations in Chicago. She pursued the Community Association Institute (CAI) education track and eventually earned the Professional Community Association Manager designation, the highest in the industry. Bonnie relocated to Santa Fe in 2012 and began working for Westgate Properties, LLC in August 2013. She is now the Managing Director, hosts a monthly radio show, and continues to maintain her PCAM designation through education and attendance at national seminars.

Elaine Fattah Herrera

Elaine has been in the property management industry for over three decades, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Elaine's career encompasses managing both residential homes and commercial buildings as well as maintenance supervision. She dedicated 9 years to managing diverse property portfolios, catering to the unique needs of each property and tenant. In 2022, she came on board at Westgate in the role of Portfolio Management Coordinator. After just a few months, she advanced to Portfolio Community Manager and is pursuing the CMCA designation through CAI. She is passionate and committed to client satisfaction and is affectionately referred to as the social butterfly of the Westgate team.

Erica Griego

Erica Griego began her career in community association management in 2015 when she took a position at a homeowners' association in Santa Fe as an Administrative Assistant to the Association Manager. Erica worked with the board of directors, vendors, and community members to help create a beautiful community for them to live in. After one year of being at the homeowners' association she received a new title as Assistant Community Manager, she also completed her Certified Pool & Spa Operator classes, and received her certification. Erica is excited to continue her career with WestGate Properties. She will continue to thrive as a Community Association Manager with her amazing customer service skills and positive personality. She has completed her M-100 classes from the Community Associations Institute and she is currently working to become a Certified Manager of Community Associations.

Michael Phillips

Job Titles:

Michael Phillips joined WestGate in 2021 from Los Angeles, California. He gained a CMCA designation the same year and is currently receiving the AMS designation. He has 20 years experience in the real estate industry covering many diverse aspects including financing, investor advising, landlord tenant relations, multi-family management, and turning around distressed properties. Michael also has over 30 years experience practicing and teaching classical yoga and mediation. He enjoys community management because it brings together many aspects of these two expertises and constantly provides a variety of learning experiences. Michael believes WestGate provides an exceptional framework for individualizing association needs while providing the necessary frameworks to efficiently run organizations with volunteer boards, and support solutions for the many types of projects unique to community living.

Ruben Gamez

Rubén Gámez brings extensive experience in managing the prestigious BayView Grand condominium in Cancun, where he also built a fantastic oceanfront restaurant where owners enjoy a phenomenal dinner. Most of his career was in the fitness industry as a general manager, where he acquired great skills in personalized customer service. After serving as General Manager for five years at Bay View Grand Cancun, he transitioned to West Gate in March 2023. His passion for interacting with people drives his affinity for this position. Rubén loves hands-on work and meticulously oversees every aspect of the association's operations. His tenure at West Gate has honed his skills to meet the demanding standards of Santa Fe's demands and expectations. Another of his hobbies is motorcycle travel, exploring historical sites in the area as well as Mountain Biking, He is a Big Cowboys fan.

Sandy Diaz

Sandy has worked in the community association management industry since 2010 when she took a position with a large regional management company as an Assistant Community Manager with a focus on the accounting side. In 2018 she started working with boards of directors and community members, delivering superior service as an Assistant Community Manager. Sandy trained under excellent Community Managers over the last 13 years and came to WestGate with a diverse set of management skills that we truly believe benefits the communities she manages. As a Community Manager her goal is to provide excellent customer service, fulfilling WestGate's mission to build strong communities one door at a time.

Tom Simon

Originally from Connecticut, Tom has been managing real estate in Santa Fe since 1990. The visionary behind Westgate Properties, LLC, he sold Kokopelli Property Management in 2002 and in 2005 he dedicated himself fully to community association management. Tom earned his PCAM designation from CAI in 2011. Tom is actively involved in Rotary and will be the Rotary Governor for New Mexico and West Texas in 2025-2026. He remains active behind the scenes of Westgate creating infrastructure and training programs, offering the only locally owned professional community association management services.

Tony Brown

  • Senior Community Manager
Tony began his career in community association management in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1988. He relocated to South Padre Island, Texas in 1998 managing a 9 story beach front resort and timeshare community for 7 years. Tony then moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico to take the onsite manager position at Aldea de Santa Fe. He spent the next 15 years managing all aspects of the community and a few portfolio communities. Tony joined the WestGate team in 2021 as Director of Community Management. While in this role he created a maintenance department allowing WestGate to offer maintenance services to our clients. Tony is a valued member of the WestGate Senior Management team and is an accomplished community manager of over 36 years having managed resort, portfolio, and onsite communities. Tony is an avid hiker, camper, skier, and birder who loves to travel.
