After many years in administration positions, Allissa joined the Real Estate industry in Sales Administration in 2020 and is proud to have commenced with Wellington & Reeves in May 2022. She enjoys the process of working behind the scenes for the sales team and the interactions with Sales Consultants and Settlement Agents to ensure a smooth sale for our clientele.
Barry and Kathleen have been very respectful and supportive in Tim's role here at Wellington & Reeves and in that time he has assisted them on the logistical side of purchasing additional rent rolls and growing the business further, earning the loyalty and confidence of owners and tenants alike along the way. Loyalty to his employer is extremely important, as well as to his owners and tenants, this is a key factor to ensuring the best possible service is delivered each and every time.

Albany born and raised, Callie has past experience in both the retail and hospitality industries - a great training ground for any real estate career. Having always had a keen interest in real estate when the opportunity came up for a Leasing Consultant position in 2015 she jumped at the chance to take on the new challenge.
Since joining the industry Callie has progressed her way up into a Property Managers position that became available in early 2018. Callie was only too happy to step up into that role. At the time, being a small portfolio, Callie was quick to learn the new role and has since grown her portfolio with glowing testimonials from both lessors and tenants alike (as can be evidenced on our google review page).
Callie loves helping and exceeding her client's expectations by going above and beyond to ensure everything is done properly.

Doug Pearson has been a licensed real estate and business Agent since 1972 and has previously held settlement agent, finance broker and auctioneer licenses. With a commitment to developing Albany's leading real estate agency, Doug Pearson has dedicated nearly 50 years to the real estate industry.

Greg Pearson grew up around real estate as his family has been working in the Albany real estate market since 1971. Greg began his career as a trainee property manager in early 1998, following a period studying Architectural Drawing. Greg has since obtained his Diploma in Business Management (Real Estate), Real Estate Licence and Triennial Certificate. Through his constant hard work he has been awarded with the Inspired Growth Training (IGT) encouragement award along with numerous nominations for Property Manager of the year within the Professionals group. Greg was also a guest speaker for the LPMA conference in the eastern states.
With over a quarter of a century of Real Estate experience, a large proportion of which has been spent as a working partner in another local real estate firm. In that time Greg has been tasked with running several highly successful departments including Residential Property Management and Residential Sales. In this long and lengthy career Greg's favourite part is the long-lasting relationships he builds with his clients.
Greg understands the many reasons people look to buy or sell a home. This experience should be positive and hassle free. Anyone that knows Greg, will know that a big part of his life is his family. He is always at sporting games, school events and everything in between in constant support of his children's interests. Greg also has a love for karting, where you will find him either competing or stewarding on race day. His family are incredibly proud of what Greg has achieved, and have and will always support Greg in his future endeavours.
Greg's passion for community has led to his many years on the karting committee, helping to ensure that community-based clubs can still run successfully. Greg is also currently on his children's school P&F. This strong sense of community and a passion for seeing Albany thrive will ensure Greg will continue to volunteer his time.

Melissa commenced her career in the real estate industry in 2018 as an assistant to the Commercial Property Manager at Albany Elite.
With this rental roll being purchased by Wellington & Reeves Melissa moved down into York Street to continue her learning.
While working in the Commercial Property sector Melissa obtained her Property Manger licence.
Melissa is now currently a Residential Property Manager in the Wellington & Reeves team. Melissa enjoys the many challenges each day brings and to be able to try and help the many people that cross her path each day.

Sarah started her real estate career in 2017 as a receptionist. Throughout the years she has filled the role of various positions within the industry which sparked her passion in real estate. Sarah has always been eager to learn and grow within this department. She has been a Receptionist, Leasing Officer and an Assistant Property Manager, and is now our Residential Administration Coordinator, looking after reception, leasing and administration as a whole, whilst also working with the Residential Trust.
