And it's captured in our icon that is composed of a shepherd's crook and an arrow. The shepherd's crook represents how we lead (or shepherd) people to greater success in life, business and leadership. And the arrow represents how we fight for people, especially on the Next-Level Life side of our company, where we work with people who are suffering, have come out of abusive situations, or still live in them today.
