Danielle joined us on 1 November 2018 as our full-time Business Administrator. She has a BA (Hons) in Deaf Studies and Linguistics. Danielle is responsible for the smooth handling of front of house customer enquiries, managing our office administration, purchasing, invoicing and accounting. Danielle also is undergoing training to become competent in accounting, HR and has undergone health surveillance techniques for audiometric & lung function testing.

A highly motivated, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and experienced health and safety practitioner, with a high degree of specialism and competence in fire safety. Gary originally had an industrial background in paint manufacturing for Croda Chemicals, before joining West Midlands Fire Service in 1979. He served over 30 years with West Midlands Fire Service in his roles as Fire-fighter, Crew Commander, Watch Commander, Health and Safety Officer and Fire Safety Enforcement Officer. Gary has been a specialist Associate since October 2012, completing fire risk assessments for major clients in the Warehousing & Distribution, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Motor-Vehicle Repair, Engineering and Plastics sectors.
Katie joined us in April 2022 as our part-time Business Administrator. She is a great addition to the team. She is responsible for the smooth handling of front of house customer enquiries, managing our office administration and invoicing.
Our company holds a Health and Safety Accreditation through SafeContractor and is an approved training provider by IOSH, demonstrating our commitment to providing high-quality and safe services.
I'm a very dedicated & pragmatic professional, excellent communicator and motivator of people, with a broad skill set. I've substantially influenced and improved the HS&E performance and cultures of organisations with which I've worked, including the successful implementation of OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 in over 80 organisations. I have over 28 years full time HS&E experience and have successfully operated the business of WG Safety & Environmental since 2004. I achieved Registered Safety Practitioner status in 1997, Fellowship of IOSH in 1998, IEMA Principal Environmental Auditor in 1999 and triple Chartered status with the RSC, IOSH and IEMA by 2005. I'm also an OSHCR Registered Consultant. I have a great team of professionals who give more than they need to, I'm so proud of them, and it really is a pleasure to work alongside them.
