Faline Townsend is a Paralegal and the Office Administrator at Williams Commercial Law Group, and brings a wealth of experience in legal administration and client management. With a keen attention to detail and a commitment to efficiency, Faline ensures smooth operations with Williams Commercial Law Group while supporting its legal team in delivering exceptional service to its clients.
Faline has over 15 years of experience in the legal field and has developed a deep understanding of legal procedures and documentation. Faline has experience with multiple state and federal courts in personal injury, contract law, civil rights, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. Her role involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in case management. Jeff is a seasoned litigation paralegal with over 30 years of experience in the legal field specializing in complex litigation and support.
As a former consultant for IKON Legal Document Services and Encore Discovery Solutions, Jeff is knowledgeable and skilled in all phases of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) using tools such as Eclipse SE, Discovery Local, Concordance, Summation, Relativity, Discovery Radar as well as other advanced and developing legal technology. Jeff works closely with attorneys, paralegals, in-house counsel, and IT professionals to oversee eDiscovery including preservation, data collection and processing, search term development and analysis, review analytics and structuring, budgeting, and production of electronically stored information in compliance with court rules and industry standards.
Jeff also has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts across the United States. He is an expert in the use of Sanction and Trial Director which allows for the electronic importation and presentation of case documents and media at depositions, arbitration proceedings, and trial.
In his role as senior litigation paralegal, Jeff continues to leverage his expertise and passion for the law and technology to support clients and legal teams in achieving favorable outcomes in the most challenging of cases.
Jeff is an active member of Maricopa County Bar Association Paralegal Division and the Professional Advisory Committee for Paralegal Studies at Bryan University, in Phoenix, Arizona.
