Biography James Fields is currently a Public Sector District Sales Manager for National Accounts at Automatic Data Processing, Inc, ADP. In his current role James is responsible for working the Executives of State and Local, K-12, and Higher Education entities. James is specifically focused on assisting these entities with expense reduction, compliance, and human capital management. Prior to James' Public Sector concentration he spent the last nine years working with both commercial and public sector organizations. His areas of concentration were in the areas of labor management and human capital management. His career includes time spent as a Sales Professional with well known organizations such as Simplex, Ceridian, and ADP. James views his role as that of a business consultant. He feels that it is his responsibility to understand each prospective client's organizational needs, and to only recommend solutions that will have a positive impact on the organization. His personal goal is to ensure that every organization that he works with views his recommendations as being the best for their organization, and that they make a positive impact on the organization.
