The WNC Cheese Trail is a cooperative effort to promote the artisan cheese makers of Western North Carolina. Our organization facilitates consumer food education and encourages tourism to Western North Carolina to benefit Cheese Trail member producers and increase awareness about the wonderful cheeses made in the region!...
