Dana C. Zentz

Dana is a registered professional engineer who has had a long and successful career in the electric utility and renewable energy space. His work includes almost 20 years in the power supply and wholesale power marketing function of a large regulated utility, as well as over 15 years leading or having significant roles in the permitting, development and construction of over 1600 MW of wind, 300 MW of solar PV and 2400 MW of natural gas turbine generators in the United States. He is also experienced in financial modelling and the negotiation of debt and equity investment terms for renewable energy assets. He is the founder and principal of Fish Bay Resources, LLC an energy focused consultancy in the USA.

Dr. Patrick D. O'Meara - CEO

Patrick is a General Practitioner certified by the American Board of Family Practice who has been providing medical care to patients in Gore New Zealand for the past three years. Prior to that he owned and operated two successful private medical practices in Oregon and Colorado for 25 years. With a lifelong interest in renewable energy and biodiversity he and his brother John O'Meara founded Wind Quarry, LLC in the USA in 2008, successfully developing the 103 MW Willow Creek Wind Power Facility in Newell South Dakota (operational, currently owned by Orsted) and the 250-300 MW Philip Wind Project in Philip South Dakota (in development with construction planned for 2021, currently owned by Invenergy).

John. K. O'Meara - COO

John is a trained chemist and remains active in the industrial metalworking and chemical management industry. In 25 years of successfully managing teams of up to 425 people and annual revenue of $135,000,000 USD on three continents in the Chemical Management sector, John has consistently delivered not only excellent financial performance but also significant reductions in chemical usage, waste, and environmental impacts. In addition, he is an experienced wind energy developer and has led greenfield project development with his brother Patrick that resulted in the addition of 350 - 400 MW of new wind generation into the energy portfolio of the state of South Dakota, USA.
