Bob Culliton

Do you remember WordPerfect? If the answer is no, then you may have a connection to Bob Culliton without realizing it. Early in his career, Bob helped Microsoft dislodge WordPerfect as the dominant word processor in law firms. Eventually, Bob became the National Sales & Marketing Manager at Microsoft. Bob also started a software company in the mid-80's. Bob earned a Business degree from Montana State University (where he also played on their 1984 National Championship football team and recorded a quarterback sack in the championship game). He later completed an MS in Technology Management from Pepperdine.

Bob Portrie

Bob was previously the Chairman of Architecture at Bell Labs (before the breakup of the "Baby Bells"), where he played a key role in the formation of the Internet. Bob then became the Chairman and CEO of AT&T InView. He has held senior leadership positions (including chairman) of several notable companies, currently acting as the Chairman and CEO of Cloud Media Center, LLC. Bob received his BS and MS from Fitchburg State University. Bob's insights and executive-level experiences have been invaluable for ZenCase.

Christine Clark

Christine is an experienced product manager who specializes in driving the vision and generating the roadmap for ZenCase. She focuses on collaboration between the customer and the company to deliver successful results. She was previously a developer and UI engineer at Accesso, NCR, and Ruzuku. Christine's specialties include product strategy, overseeing implementation, streamlining customer goals, and empowering the development team to be involved in the company's product decisions. Christine earned her degree in Computer Animation from the University of Central Florida with a minor certification in Spanish.

Harry Jorgensen

Harry was the lead developer of the CaseSoft suite of products (CaseMap, TimeMap, NoteMap, and TextMap). After CaseSoft's sale to LexisNexis in 2006, Harry became the Director of Product Planning & Development of the CaseMap suite of products. Harry received his degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida (where he was also member of the football team). Much of ZenCase's inspiration for its knowledge management system (ZenKM) was inspired by CaseMap, and we feel truly lucky to have Harry as part of our Advisory Board to provide product development insights and coaching to the team.

Jim Lewis

Data migration, implementation and onboarding is one of the most painful aspects using any new technology. Jim has extensive experience in data migration, new technology implementation and onboarding, as he has been responsible for managing some of the most complex data migrations for some of the largest companies. Jim is currently the Senior Director of Operations for Professional Services at Oracle, and he has previously held senior roles with Vurv and Taleo (before they were acquired by Oracle). Jim earned his degree in Information Science, Computer Science and Psychology from the University of North Florida. Jim provides ZenCase valuable guidance with operations, customer onboarding and migration strategies and systems.

Kate Bourgon

Kate Bourgon is the Chief Administrative Manager of ZenCase and has been with the company since its inception. She handles the day-to-day business operations of ZenCase and has a vital role in the implementation and onboarding process, educating new users on ZenCase and the QuickBooks Online integration with ZenCase, as well as working hand-in-hand with our customers on a daily basis. In addition to her many roles at ZenCase, Kate is also a law firm administrator with 10+ years of experience working in that capacity. Her prior law firm experience included roles as a receptionist, legal assistant and paralegal. Her history of working in multiple facets of a law firm have proven to be extremely valuable when working with our customers. Kate is a positive influence in the workplace and uses her great attitude and fantastic work ethic to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She is inspired daily by her husband and three children and in her free time, enjoys movies, puzzles and biking/strength training with Peloton.

Michael Stevens

Michael is the Managing Partner of Derrevere, Stevens, Black & Cozad. Michael has a true passion for legal technology, as he lives every day in the trenches of finding the most important problems that can be solved with great technology. Michael and the rest of the DSBC team works closely with the ZenCase team to make sure that we are getting it right. Michael received his degree from Florida State University, and his JD from Nova Southeastern University. Michael provides ZenCase important guidance on product functionality to meet the needs of law firms.

Rolf Engmann

Rolf has served as the Chief Non-Credit Risk Officer of Barnett Bank, the Chief Operating Officer of EquiCredit, the Chair of the Florida State Board of Administration's Audit Committee (for the Florida State Pension Plans), and a Board Member of the Diocese of St. Augustine Catholic Foundation. Rolf has been instrumental to ZenCase's evolution. Rolf earned an Accounting degree from the University of Florida, and a Certificate of Spiritual Direction from Audire Central Florida School of Spiritual Direction. Rolf is very lucky to be married to his high school sweetheart, with whom he raised three wonderful children, and his greatest joy is spending time with his family. Rolf has been instrumental in the ZenCase vision of how to combine systems thinking with technology to make law firms more productive.

T.E. Rajagopal

"Raj" is currently the President at FIGmd, the global leader in clinical quality measurement & automated EHR extraction IT Services and IT Consulting. Prior, Raj was the Chief Operating Officer of Paycasso, the provider of market-leading software for verification of consumers in mobile, online bank transactions. He has also served as the SVP of Availity, and IT service provide to healthcare. Raj earned both his Bachelor and Masters degrees at the Indian Institute of Technology. Raj has been instrumental in ZenCase product development and software engineering, and provides valuable guidance on company strategy.
