ZIM was founded in 2006 to fill a significant gap. There was and continues to be, an abundance of nonprofits that need plans to grow their capacity to support their missions. While there were already many consultants who provided quality plans, few supported the implementation process of those plans. ZIM, however, continues to collaborate with nonprofits, supporting them in defining attainable objectives, setting realistic benchmarks, and accomplishing tasks that lead them toward their objectives... ZIM understands that every organization is unique and every person we work with is important. We believe in supporting inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility for all people... Since 2006, ZIM Consulting has actively partnered with nonprofits, taking a customized, team-based approach to strengthen their capacity and amplify their impact.
