Adrian Falck - CEO

Adrian is a Partner at Preston Redman who is Head of the Firm's Residential & Commercial Property Department. Adrian qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 (having completed a Law degree and the Legal Practice Course) and was promoted to Partner in 2008 having trained with the firm. Adrian is the firm's Managing Partner and Compliance Officer for Legal Practice. Adrian is an Expedition Assessor for the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and a Trustee of Poole Hospital Cancer Treatment Trust.

Amy Edgson

Bradley Cooper

Bradley joined the firm in January 2023 and works in the Property Team and is supervised by Adrian Falck. Bradley qualified as a Solicitor in February 2018, after attending the University of Bournemouth for both his degree in Law and the Legal Practice Course. Bradley has experience in all types of residential conveyancing, but has also been involved in Commercial Property transactions including; drafting and agreeing both residential and commercial leases, lease extensions, deeds of variation, deeds of easement, commercial financing, acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial property, and other general land registration applications including adverse possession. Working with a broad range of clients including companies, partnerships, charities and individuals Bradley works to fully understand the desired objectives so as to achieve these goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. Away from the office Bradley enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing football.

Brandon Gillard-Bunting

Brandon Gillard-Bunting is a trainee solicitor supervised by Jeremy Clough. Brandon joined the firm in May 2023 as a legal secretary in the Commercial Property Team before becoming a Trainee in September 2024. He is currently working in the Property and Commercial department having previously worked in the Commercial and Intellectual Property department. Brandon holds a degree in Law from the University of Roehampton and is currently completing his Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law at BPP University alongside his Training Contract. Charlotte Dawson

Charlotte joined the firm in January 2022 as a secretary in the Litigation Team and is now the first employee at the firm to undertake the Solicitor Apprenticeship. Charlotte predominantly works on family matters under the supervision of Janine Bryant and Helen Davies. Charlotte graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a First Class Honours LLB Law Degree in 2019 and has previously worked as a family secretary at another local firm. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys vegan cooking, swimming and watching live music. Charlotte is currently teaching herself British Sign Language. I'm grateful for you for taking on my case. Daniel Gardner

Daniel is a partner at Preston Redman who deals with a broad variety of property related matters in the Property Team. Daniel qualified as a Solicitor in July 2015, joined Preston Redman in 2019 and became a Partner in June 2022. . Daniel has experience in residential and commercial conveyancing as well as both residential and commercial landlord and tenant work. Daniel also regularly acts for lenders and borrowers on commercial finance matters, for example in support of development projects, and for developers on the acquisition and subsequent sale of development sites Daniel specialises in leasehold enfranchisement and can advise on lease extensions for residential flats, the collective enfranchisement of blocks of flats and the exercise of leaseholder's right of first refusal. Working with a wide range of both individuals and commercial clients, Daniel aims to give straightforward practical advice in order to achieve his client's goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. Outside of the office, Daniel is a keen football fan and, until recently, played for and coached a local Dorset League side. Daniel enjoys running and going for walks with his wife and Golden Retriever and enjoys making the occasional lego model!

Daniel Stanton

Daniel joined the firm in October 2024 and works in the Property Team. Daniel graduated from the University of Southampton in 2001 and has been a local and loyal presence in the local Bournemouth and Poole area ever since. He estimates having dealt with more than 1,500 property transactions, after first walking into a solicitor's office as a trainee solicitor more than 20 years ago. Daniel qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 Daniel brings a wealth of experience on non-contentious real estate matters ranging from purchases for first-time business owners through to complex multi-site development and dealing with purchase, sales and leases within large commercial property portfolios. He takes the view that every client is deserving of high-quality legal services, whatever their experience in life and business. Daniel has served as chair of governors for a Poole school and as a charity trustee for a number of local organisations. He enjoys spending time with his three children, playing games and generally having a lot of fun, and is a keen follower of rugby league, cricket and his beloved Liverpool Football Club.

David Albans

Douglas Neville-Jones

Florence Morrow

Florence Morrow is a trainee solicitor supervised by Kelly Payne. Georgia is currently studying at BPP University and previously graduated in 2023 with a First Class Honours in law from Royal Holloway, University of London. Georgia is hoping to become a solicitor advocate in the future and her interest in the bar led to her achieving Middle Temple's Access to the Bar Award in 2023. Outside of work, Georgia enjoys reading, spending time outside, and cooking.

Helen Davies

Helen is a Senior Family Lawyer who began her career in law in 1995, qualified in June 2000 and is a valued member of the Family Law team at Preston Redman, which is managed by Tim Flower. Helen has worked as a family lawyer dealing with all aspects of family law and relationship breakdown. Helen has a keen interest in assisting victims of domestic abuse. Helen's focus is on working with families where the local authority has become involved, she provides advice, assistance and support to parents where social services are involved with the family. Helen also has a particular interest in assisting the wider family members eg. grandparents and aunts and uncles when they wish to care for children of the family who may no longer be living with their parents once proceedings have been issued by the local authority. Helen has completed the London, Brighton and Bournemouth Marathons raising funds for domestic abuse and cancer charities.

Hugo Haub

Hugo joined the firm in May 2016, shortly after finishing his degree, and qualified as a Solicitor September 2019, having completed his training contract. Hugo deals with a broad range of contentious property matters and accepts instructions in other areas of civil litigation including construction, consumer law and disputes relating to goods and services. Hugo has experience in both commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes including forfeiture, residential possessions, debt recovery, service charge issues, contested business lease renewals, right to manage claims and covenant disputes. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association. Acting for a variety of clients ranging from experienced property investors and commercial landlords to small family businesses and resident-owned block management companies, Hugo appreciates that every client is unique and adopts a tailored approach to each instruction. Janine Bryant

Janine is a partner at Preston Redman who works in the Dispute Resolution/General Litigation Team. Janine qualified as a Solicitor in September 2009 and became a Partner in June 2019. . Janine advises in respect of Employment Law managing a large number of cases each year and advises both employers and employees on a number of employment issues such as redundancy; disciplinary and grievance matters; Settlement Agreements and reviewing and preparing employment documents. These range from simple Settlement Agreements to complex Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal matters. Janine is a member of the Sub-Solent Employment Lawyers' Association Janine also advises on a range of Family Law matters including divorce and matrimonial finances; Pre-Nuptial Agreements; domestic violence (including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders) and children matters, with a focus on more complex matters. Janine is supported by a range of colleagues who provide support and also cover the more straight forward cases.

Jeremy Clough

John Buchanan

John is now a consultant of the firm having been a partner for 45 years. John continues to promote the firm and his involvement with long standing Clients. John joined the firm as an Articled Clerk on 31 st October 1969. Following qualification John worked in Bristol for a short time and then joined Preston Redman as a Partner on 1 st July 1977 along with Richard Clough and Douglas Neville-Jones. Kate is the longest standing member of staff at Preston Redman having joined the firm in 1986. She is responsible for the seamless day to day running of the practice, carrying out a wide range of managerial and supervisory duties including staff, recruitment, legal compliance, administration, premises management, business development and finance. Kate also works alongside the Accounts Department, COFA and COLP as Finance Manager, ensuring all financial and accounting matters are conducted within the SRA Accounts Rules, its focus on Client monies and correct allocation. She is a member of the Institute of Legal Finance and Management. Outside the office Kate likes to keep busy doing house renovations, cooking, baking and going to the gym, and is the most senior member of the Preston Redman running team, who run from Bournemouth to Boscombe every week.

Kelly Payne

Mark Lello is an Equity Partner at Preston Redman, he qualified as a Solicitor in December 1989 and joined the firm in 2022. He has always specialised in company and commercial work including, for a number of years, the protection of intellectual property. Mark is an Associate Trade Mark Attorney, qualified Corporate Finance professional and a Notary Public. He advises clients on the full range of corporate and commercial matters including the protection of brands and inventions. Mark is wholly committed to serving the clients of the firm and helping them to reach their objectives. He has a wealth of experience in: company transactional work, drafting and negotiating business contracts, and carrying out trade mark and patent registrations.
