Andrew joined Judge & Priestley in August 2023 and is a Partner and Assistant Head of the Housing Management Department. Experience Andrew is a Chartered Legal Executive with over 25 years of experience in advising on all aspects of housing and leasehold management law and practice, both in terms of acting for Local Authorities and Registered Providers and, immediately before joining Judge & Priestley, a five-year spell as in-house Counsel for a large Registered Provider. On the contentious side, Andrew has experience dealing with a full range of housing/leasehold matters ranging from Applications for Remediation Orders in the FTT, Judicial Reviews, and defending disrepair claims, as well as injunctive/possession proceedings based on anti-social behaviour. Andrew's contentious experience is complemented by dealing with non-contentious matters such as drafting policies, advising on lease terms, reviewing/drafting tenancy agreements, and advising on complex housing and leasehold management issues.

Andrew joined the practice in 1994 and and is currently a partner in residential department and deals principally with the purchase and sale of land for residential and commercial redevelopment and the sale and purchase of all types of commercial property, including shops, offices, industrial and other commercial premises.

Angela joined Judge & Priestley in July 2020 and is a Partner in the Family Department. Experience Angela has had experience working with Leading City & West End Law Firms as well as having over 10 years working in the public sector within a Local Authority's litigation department. She dealt with a range of practices with a focus on Family Law matters covering divorce & finance, children arrangements and Pre & Post Nuptial Agreements. She now works collaboratively within the Family Team specialising in divorce & finance matters, disputes relating to arrangement for children and acts for both married and unmarried couples dealing with Pre & Post Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements and disputes which arise under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act (TOLATA). Given her background experience with over 20 years as a commercial and general litigator, Angela lends her litigious flair to her cases. She also promotes dispute resolution options with sensitivity and insight that cuts through the distressing circumstances that her clients find themselves in. Clients have commended Angela for her attention to detail and her ability to identify critical issues which arise with candour and professionalism.
