Mr. Syed Ahmed is the managing partner and SRA approved compliance manager for Capital Solicitors LLP. He has been practising for over 15 years and in this time he has developed a passion for litigation including money claims, company matters, injunction proceedings, proceedings on will & probate dispute, commercial litigation, bankruptcy /statutory demand and charity proceedings, judicial review, immigration and nationality law.
Ms Kalim represents individuals seeking to uphold their rights against injustice. She has over 15 years experience in advocacy and all areas of asylum and Immigration work. She also developed her practice of civil litigation, acting for individuals in litigation matters covering breach of contract claims, debt recovery and disputes. She acts for both claimants and defendants. Shaista also undertakes Clinical Negligence cases.
