Neil qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and then worked in 3 different firms (both West End and local) specialising in a broad range of litigation for both commercial and private clients.
He founded L E Law in 2000 and continues to handle a mix of litigation and general commercial work as well as having overall responsibility for management of the practice and client care issues.
There are very few types of dispute that Neil has not dealt with in his career to date, which range from multi million pound commercial disputes to consumer claims involving defective goods.
Neil has a particular interest in contentious probate work. In 2014 Neil was admitted to ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) recognising his expertise in that field.
Away from L E Law, Neil has been giving voluntary legal advice at Loughton CAB for nearly 20 years. Neil enjoys most forms of music, and is attempting to learn the saxophone.

Tara has been working in the area of children and family law since 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
Tara has a degree in Socio-Legal Studies and Criminology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law.
Tara has been a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel since 2012, demonstrating her expertise in the area of family law. She was successfully re-accredited to the panel in September 2017.
Tara is also a member of Resolution, an organisation of 6,500 lawyers who believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters, voluntarily adhering to a code of conduct.
Tara has been a qualified "all issues mediator" since 2012 and gained accreditation status with the Family Mediation Council in October 2019.
In her spare time Tara enjoys cooking, as well as going to the gym, cinema and theatre.
