STAHFED's members and directors are working to deliver on rapid changes to primary care provision, in the context of wider changes to patient needs, funding and strategic planning. The Federation currently has eleven shareholding member practices, spanning four Primary Care Networks (PCN's) and is an active member of HertsOne, the GP ‘Federation of Federations' covering all four Herts Valley localities...
