Calum has gained extensive business experience while working within the property industry, previously as a sales negotiator and now as a mortgage consultant. He became CEMAP qualified in 2018 and has since acquired detailed knowledge in the buy to let and bridging sector. Calum joined the company in 2019 and now specialises in shared ownership mortgages, working side by side with our shared ownership sales team. Since making this step, he has gone from strength to strength receiving high praise and satisfaction from his customers. Outside of the office, Calum manages and plays for his local football team whilst also trying to fit in a round of golf.

Chantal Arpino

After spending over 15 years in the property industry, Chantal naturally progressed to the mortgage industry. Passionate about customer service and searching out money saving deals for her clients, Chantal takes the stress out of the house moving process with her extensive knowledge and professional nature. Away from the office, Chantal enjoys a beach holiday and taking long walks to a country pub with her partner and dog. Chantal is also a season ticket holder at Chelsea FC and can found cheering on her beloved blues!

Chloe Fenton

Chloe started her career in the financial industry in 2017 first of all working at the bank and then here at Mortgage Scout. She loves helping her clients get the best mortgage available to them whilst ensuring the mortgage process is as seamless and stress free as possible. When Chloe is not busy helping her clients with mortgages she enjoys Kayaking and walking her dog.

He quickly progressed to Senior Advisor and enjoyed many years helping people buy and protect their dream homes. In 1999 David was promoted to Area Manager and continued in this role for a number of years before being promoted to Director.

Before joining Mortgage Scout, Elaine worked in a high street bank for 25 years. A CeMAP qualified mortgage advisor, she also worked in other roles and gained a wide banking knowledge. At Mortgage Scout Elaine contacts existing customers when their rates are ending, liaising with their broker to secure their next money-saving deal. She finds it rewarding to oversee the financial transactions that facilitate her clients' dreams. Her goal is to ensure people associate every aspect of their mortgage journey with Mortgage Scout. When she's not reminding clients of the money they save with Mortgage Scout, Elaine will be enjoying tapas with her family at their holiday home in Spain, or watching ‘Strictly'!

Ema is very proactive and organised administrator with over 20 years administrative experience since 2001 and mortgage and financial administrative experience since 2015. Strengths include keying mortgage & protection applications, chasing and progressing cases from start to completion. Ema has a strong eye for detail and can spot and deal with errors quickly. Ema enjoys working closely with the brokers, lenders, providers, and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction for every client, going that extra mile when she can, always placing the needs of her client as the focus of attention. In her spare time Ema likes to do various crafting projects, cruising and enjoys chilling & dining with family and friends.
