Catherine is responsible for typing up valuation reports and other correspondence, managing databases of all the work undertaken at the branch, and performing general administration duties.
Not only is Catherine's speed of work turnaround impressive, so is her Quickstep! She spends many a weekend travelling the length and breadth of the country competing in Ballroom and Latin dance contests. When taking a break from the sequins, Catherine enjoys exercise classes, gardening, going to the cinema and visiting historical places of interest.

Cyrus joined the Brighton & Hove office shortly after completing a bachelor's in Economics and a Masters in Real Estate Development.
Always willing to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues Cyrus primarily sits within the professional services department, with a focus on the valuation of commercial, investment, and residential properties.
In the summer months Cyrus can be found kayaking down local rivers or playing golf. In the winter months he likes to practice his Spanish and water-skiing, on holiday in warmer climates!

Having completed his planning and surveying master's degree, Daniel left university and began his property career working within residential agency.
After quickly progressing through various senior management level positions, Daniel decided to move back into the world of commercial property for which he had originally trained and was still passionate about. Daniel possesses the ability to work effectively with clients of all sizes. He is friendly, approachable, and always happy to go the extra mile to ensure his clients achieve their goals. In his spare time Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, sport and long walks with the dog.

As team leader Jonathan is responsible for guiding all property transactions through to a satisfactory and swift completion. On a day-to-day basis he deals with advising clients on a range of matters including selling, leasing, investing, and developing.
Clients appreciate Jonathan's approachable manner and his ability to simplify complex transactions.
When away from the world of chartered surveying Jonathan enjoys clay pigeon shooting, road cycling, and night time mountain biking (is it not safer to do it in the day, Jonathan?). He's also a regular at the gym and on the squash court, which is a good job as he has a penchant for eating out as often as possible!

For pleasure Lisa enjoys cooking and baking and has recently discovered a new hobby in photography.
