We work with our capital partners to identify opportunities. We lead the negotiation and execution of the transaction, also managing any restructuring or reorganisation required. We then remain involved, working alongside management and capital as long-term partners, to deliver significant value creation. Whenever our capital partners invest, we always invest alongside them, as we believe co-investing is the best way to align incentives...
