Amy has worked in the health and social care industry since 2016. Amy originally started as a support worker and has continued to follow her career development to become the Registered Manager for Berkeley Home Health Northwood in August 2022. Amy's background has led her to working within most capacities of a care company including recruitment, training, assessing care needs, compliance, and staff retention. Amy has fallen in love with the domiciliary care sector and aims to keep each client in their own home for as long as possible. Amy has a huge drive to ensure all carers are upskilled and have their own individual career progressions in place and giving the care staff the best possible working environment to allow them to provide the highest standard to care to our clients.

Chelsea Baker

Chelsea joined Berkeley Home Health South East in September 2021. She is our Live-In Carer Recruiter and is always brings 100% to the work that she does, ensuring that she finds the most outstanding carers. Starting with a conversation, Chelsea will assess the individuals to ensure they can provide the best quality of care for our clients. Then once compliance is completed, Chelsea will get them booked into training, ready to go out into placement.

Daisy Farrell

Daisy has worked in care for seven years. Daisy joined Berkeley Home Health Surrey in October 2018 as a Home Care Assistant. In November 2020, Daisy was appointed as a Field Care Supervisor. Daisy's responsibilities were expanded to include being the lead branch contact for families and clients receiving live-in care as well as supporting carers on the ground. Daisy has chosen a career in care because she says it comes naturally to her and she likes to see the positive difference she can makes to people's lives.

Emma Bateman

Emma has a detailed career in the Health and Social care sector spanning beyond 20 years. She has a plethora of experience and knowledge from working both directly and indirectly with service users and clients in a range of settings. Emma has undertaken a wealth of qualifications and educational courses over the years, enhancing her own knowledge and skills. As a qualified Trainer, Emma can deliver current information combined with demonstrations of good practice and share from her own experiences giving our carers the best start in their career.

John Cahill - CEO

John has over 8 years' experience in the care and retirement villages sectors. Having been previously employed by Saga Plc, John has, since March 2020 led the formation of the Trinity Homecare Group, which currently comprises of the Trinity Homecare, Country Cousins, Berkeley Home Health, Corinium Care, Fitzrovia Personal Care, and Patricia White's brands. John's former background was in the hospitality sector where he became passionate about 'Outstanding' customer service across a range of premium products and services.

Karen Spry

Karen joined Berkeley Home Health at the East of England branch in June 2021 as our Deputy Manager. Karen has worked in the health and social care sector for five years. Karen is passionate about care and her knowledge and experience enables her to be able to deliver person centred outcomes for the people that we support. Karen supports our carer team ensuring that carers training is up to date and that the carers have regular contact for supervisions and appraisals.

Laila joined Country Cousins and The Trinity Group in 2020 as Acquisition & Integration Executive and moved on to an Area Care Manager role on 2021. Laila has over 20 years experience working in the care industry and has completed her Diploma in Leadership & Management in Care. Laila currently supports the Berkeley Home Health branches of Sussex, Winchmore Hill, East of England and Northwood. Laila is passionate about her role, and uses her experience and knowledge to really make a difference.

Lizzy Turner

Lizzy joined Berkeley Home Health as the Winchmore Hill Business Manager in October 2021. With 14 years in the Domiciliary Care Sector, she was eager to embark on the next stage in her career. She has a strong and evidenced background in training and is committed to upskilling and developing social care workers. Having started her career as a ‘part time' carer before starting a Nursing degree, she fell in love with providing care to people living independently at home. She has since worked within most capacities including Senior Care, L&D manager, Coordination, Care Management, Assessor and Training Management.

Lyn Fulker

Lyn began working for the Northwood branch in 2017 as a compliance administrator. Lyn has a keen eye for detail and ensures that compliance is met for both internal audits and CQC requirements. Gaining experience from a varied background, she understands the care needs of her clients and ensures excellent quality of care. Combining her tenacity and her friendly nature, Lyn has evolved into the business development officer for the Northwood branch where her character has helped build the relationships with other service providers and local businesses. Lyn is passionate about her role and no job is too big or too small.

Sade Kur

Sade Kur is an experienced CQC Registered Manager in community care services. She was appointed as the Business Manager for our Surrey branch in October 2018. Driven by a determination for people who receive care to enjoy living fulfilling and meaningful lives in their own homes, she takes pride in leading and managing teams to deliver high quality home care. She counts leading her team during the Coronavirus pandemic and remaining fully operational during that time as one her most enduring achievements in her career.

Sarah Cowler

Virginia Thomas

Virginia Thomas joined Berkeley Home Care in 2021. Virginia is our Surrey Field Care Supervisor and has worked in the industry for over 2 years. Virginia has a strong passion for ensuring that the care provided by Berkeley is tailored to each client and is person centred. With her knowledge of the Care Support Workers, she ensures the Care Workers are fully trained, regular spot checked and are always at their best ability for each client.

Wendy Curtis

Wendy enjoys working the variety of clients that we currently have, ensuring person centred care plans are up to date and maintaining a close relationship with both clients and staff. Outside of work, Wendy likes to spend time with her family and travelling.
