Beryl Holley-Rush

Beryl joined Bob Rush at Head Office in 2005, assisting in estimating, drafting ITT, tendering and provision of schedules of quantities and prices for major infrastructure works, together with analysis of contractors' claims. Prior to joining RCS, Beryl worked for over 20 years in both the architectural and contractual fields and her experience encompasses project development & management; client liaison and management of multi-discipline teams in both the UK and the Middle East; formulating quality systems, and overseeing company administration. Beryl became a Co-Director in early 2012, with responsibility for Quality Management and Company Administration.

Bob formed Rush Construction Services in 1988, to provide a competitive quantity surveying and cost control service to clients administering piped utility contracts. With over 35 years experience in the petrochemical, cross-country, and urban pipeline construction industries, he has undertaken Project Management, CDM Co-ordinator (formerly Planning Supervisor) and Senior Quantity Surveying roles. Bob is RCS Co-Director with Management responsibility for Contract Administration, CDM, Quantity Surveying and Cost Control disciplines.
