Alina is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Biology. Her passion in Sales has driven her stepping career into recruitment in the Financial Services sector, leveraging off her prior experience at Northwestern Mutual. Her main goal in life has enhanced the molding of who she is today as a person. This habit is changing the "I have to" to "I get to."
Even though she currently resides in the Big Apple, Alina has not forgotten her roots as a Bengali woman who loves to immerse herself in the culture, and is fluent in five different languages.
Outside of work, Alina loves to dance and thinks she can sing. She's in love with nature, bowling, spending quality time with family and friends, and is in the process of writing a book on the escalation model of relationships. She is keen on travelling the world before the age of 40, and hopes to create a safe environment for future generations.

A graduate of University College Dublin and UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Barry began his career in financial services in Dublin, initially in stockbroking before becoming a successful financial adviser to the high-net-worth Irish private client market; providing technical advice for investments, trusts and self-administered pensions.
Upon moving to the UK, Barry spent two years recruiting in the Risk & Quantitative Management sector in London before joining Trevose Partners in 2013 to help drive its early growth. In 2016 he then moved to New York to establish our US business, spending five successful years there during which time he oversaw significant growth in our client base across all major North American markets. He returned to London as MD EMEA in mid-2021. He remains a significant shareholder in Trevose Partners and is increasingly focused on growing the Executive level business globally.
A lifelong die-hard Irish rugby fan, Barry has started to broaden his horizons as his three kids now play basketball, football and dance!

After graduating from Queen Mary University majoring in History, Daniel spent a year travelling to Australia and the US before starting his career in recruitment in 2014. After a short while recruiting for the pharmaceutical sector, he joined Trevose Partners in the London office focusing on Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance. After growing the business across both the Buy and Sell Side sectors he assumed managerial positions in 2017 within the UK business, and was promoted to Executive Director in 2023.
Based now in Midtown NY, Daniel still covers a broad number of verticals across both Temp and Perm markets, recruiting primarily in New York, Chicago, California, Texas and Florida.
Outside of work he is a keen boxing and mixed martial arts enthusiast, where he spent his early career as a journalist working for several boxing websites and magazines. He is still a keen traveller and is hopeful of exploring more of the US over the next few years.

After working in the hospitality sector George soon realised that his real passion was to work both in a people based, and fast paced environment. He graduated in Hospitality Management which has allowed me to travel the world before joining Trevose Partners in 2017.
I specialise in Financial Technology recruitment and partner with my clients to find talent from Banks, Asset Managers & rival Fintech firms. The core functions I recruit for are Sales, Product and. Pre-Sales, Business Operations and Client Delivery.
Outside of work I have a keen interest in football, music and travel. I have travelled North America, Asia, Australia and Europe and have worked in Florida, Hanoi, Sydney & Melbourne. I regularly attend AFC Wimbledon and Maidstone United matches when I am not watching Man United.

I graduated with an International Business Degree from Nottingham Trent University. During my penultimate year at university, I worked for a recruitment firm based in Hangzhou, China. After moving to London, I joined the Trevose team where I am going to be focusing on the Operations & Risk desk. I'm looking forward to overcoming challenges along the way and building relationships with my colleagues, candidates and clients.
In my free time you will see me watching any football game possible but specifically supporting Chelsea and Wales. I love attending music events with my friends and going out for a drink at the pub. As well as going to the gym and playing football competitively.

Hannah is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in law and insurance, where her role involved effective communication with individuals ranging from graduates to senior executives. Armed with a master's degree in American History and Politics from University College London, Hannah started with Trevose Partners in January 2020.
In the span of four years, Hannah has ascended through the ranks, earning her position as an Associate Director. Her expertise spans buy-side and sell-side institutions, encompassing core functional disciplines such as Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology. Demonstrating a keen eye for talent, she has successfully placed candidates up to the Managing Director level, specialising in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Outside of work, Hannah loves long walks with her German Shepherd, Buffy alongside brunches with friends and a love for travel.

James is a Principal Consultant in our US Practice, supporting George in our Financial Technology division. He specializes in carrying out Senior Mandates and Organizational build-outs both for Trading and Financial Technology firms. With a specific focus on commercially focused technology positions, such as Product, Sales, Implementation, GTM, and Data.
James has been operating in the NY Trading Technology industry for over half a decade. Having built a reputation for himself as an expert consultant in the industry, he has a track record of delivering on complex senior searches that are pivotal in nature, along with building out organizations in high-growth firms, or ones restructuring.
Along with recruitment, James is recognized as a thought leader in the sector, consistently invited to attend events, and is the author of a Bi-Weekly newsletter titled "Financial Technology Today" that is distributed to over 750 FinTech leaders.
A dual citizen, James was born in New York and grew up in Woodlawn before moving to Ireland at the age of 12, where would go on to get his Master's in PR and Journalism, before ultimately finding himself in the recruitment industry back in NY.

A Malaysian who graduated from Taylor's University in 2015 with a dual bachelor's degree in accounting and finance. Following graduation, I have a variety of working experience with one of the largest Malaysian banks and two global multinational corporations.
In January 2024, I got the opportunity to join Trevose Partners focusing on the Risk and Compliance desk. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead and maintaining good relationships with my 3 big Cs: Candidates, Clients, and Colleagues.

Originally from Southern Maryland, Morgan is a 2020 graduate of Iona University with a degree in Business Administration. Whilst in College she fell in love with New York and knew she had to find her way back post-grad, and officially made the move in mid-2022.
She considers herself a huge people person and loves talking to just about anyone who is willing to chat. Her passion for a fast-paced environment and sales has driven her to step into a career in Recruitment, joining Trevose Partners in June 2023. Here she is supporting our Operations desk, working with Banks, Hedge Funds, and Asset Managers across Trade Support, Settlements, Prime Brokerage, Client Services, Collateral, and Change Management.
In her free time, she loves spending her time working with kids with special needs, exploring nature, painting, and spending time with her friends and family. Nicole is our dedicated Office Administrator at Trevose Partners, collaborating closely with the Head of Operations to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. Armed with an NVQ in Business Administration and an impressive 8 years of administrative experience within the recruitment industry.
Nicole's journey within the recruitment landscape has seen her play a pivotal role in the back-office team, specialising in Compliance, Payroll, and Administration. Her diverse experience has equipped her with a nuanced understanding of the intricacies involved in these critical functions.

Since graduating in 1994, Richard has been involved in the recruitment sector for the majority of his career specializing predominantly in the Financial Services industry where he continues to place at Executive Committee level across Technology & Operations, Global Markets Sales, and Regional Heads of Fintech in the UK, Europe, and right across Asia.
Before founding Trevose Partners, Richard was responsible for building a multi-branded recruitment business in Hong Kong and Singapore for the FiveTen Group, where, having previously rebuilt the Melbourne business for Walker Hamill, he launched the subsequently re-branded WH Recruitment business in Asia, opening successful offices in both Hong Kong and Singapore over a three year period.
He was then actively involved in its subsequent trade sale to the Private Equity-backed FiveTen Group in 2006, and in 2011, established Trevose Partners in the UK and as the majority shareholder, is now responsible for the organic growth of the business both in the UK and overseas.
Outside work, Richard is lifelong Luton Town fan, and being married to an Aussie, he loves it when the Ashes comes around! On the odd occasion when he isn't playing taxi driver to his two teenage daughters, he also loves a round of golf when he can fit it in!

Shamima is our dynamic Head of Operations at Trevose Partners. With a journey that commenced in June 2016 as an Office Manager, Shamima has not only become the heartbeat of our office but has also risen to the position of Head of Operations in 2020, showcasing her exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
In her current role, Shamima oversees the intricate tapestry of day-to-day operations, including Billing, AP, Vendor management, Contracts and renewals, and marketing, among other vital aspects. Her dedication extends globally, as she provides invaluable support to all our international offices.
Beyond her operational expertise, Shamima adds a vibrant touch to the office environment. Renowned for her unwavering commitment to running engaging social events, she is also known for fearlessly expressing her opinions. Whether tackling business matters or engaging in spirited debates about politics, sports, or reality TV, Shamima brings her unique perspective to the table.
Outside the professional realm, Shamima seamlessly balances her career with hands-on motherhood. Whenever time permits, she indulges in her love for a good documentary on Netflix, showcasing her passion for learning and staying informed.
