Smithfield Casings, established in 1978 by Mike O'Hara just outside Smithfield Market. Mike previously worked for a large casings import/export business. When the opportunity to take on some domestic casings customers was presented, Mike took this and started adding to the range of products immediately... Not only do we run our own fleet of large vans across Herts, Beds, Bucks, London, Surrey, Northants, Cambs, Essex, but we also work with well-chosen parcel couriers and pallet hauliers enabling next day delivery for the vast majority of our products to much of the UK.
