Andrea is a member of the Law Society Advanced Family Law Panel which allows her to assist her clients in reaching an amicable and fair outcome to their problems. She also trained as a Collaborative Lawyer and is proud to be a member of the local Doncaster/Rotherham POD Group. Andrea latterly joined Dovetail Divorce Solutions dealing with fixed fee divorces in a collaborative manner.

Anna joined the firm in October 2021 and brings over 21 years of experience dealing with residential property matters. Anna initially started as a Post Completion Clerk at a well-respected North Yorkshire Law firm and has worked her way up to becoming a Conveyancing Fee Earner, gaining a wealth of knowledge from her time working at various law firms across the region.
Anna is currently studying Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and is working hard towards qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.

Clare Malloy is a Family Law Assistant undertaking both Care work and Private Law Family work. Clare has been with the firm since 2009 and has worked exclusively in the family department during that time. Clare assists Lauren Clarke, who is a Family Solicitor and Head of our Children Law Department. Clare is continually increasing her knowledge in Family Law under the supervision of Lauren Clarke and aims to provide a high standard of client care to every client of the firm.

Dan is a Director of the firm and also the Head of the Personal Injury Department having qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. He is a member of the Specialist Law Society Personal Injury Panel and is a Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Dan has extensive experience in handling a huge variety of claims including complex and serious high value personal injury and clinical negligence claims. He has also acted on a number of fatal accident claims recovering damages on behalf of family members following road traffic accidents (RTA) in addition to claims against the Ministry of Defence and various construction companies.

Devon Baker is a Family Law Assistant undertaking both Care work and Private Law Family work. She is a Graduate of CILEx and currently working towards becoming a fully qualified CILEx. Donna is a Licensed Conveyancer and Head of our New Build Department based at our Doncaster branch.
Donna joined the firm in 2000 and has played a key role in developing and expanding the Conveyancing Department. Donna is recommended by a number of regional builders to assist their buyers, particularly with new build properties and she has maintained strong links both with old and new developers and clients alike.
Since joining the firm, Donna has worked in all areas of residential property and has particular experience in:
Sales and purchases of residential properties - whether buying your first home, moving somewhere new or simply selling your current property
Purchases of new build plots, which range from single plot purchasers to investors purchasing multiple plots. In addition to this, Donna also has experience with part exchange schemes, the Help to Buy Scheme, and the Ministry of Defence, Forces Help to Buy scheme.
Re-mortgaging - whether changing your lender, releasing equity from your property or refinancing a portfolio of properties
Transfers of Equity - altering your property deeds to suit individual requirements which can involve adding or removing parties

Jessica joined the firm in October 2018 to support our thriving Conveyancing team.
Jessica graduated with a qualifying Law Degree from Nottingham Trent University in 2017 and continued her studies there on the LLM Legal Practice Course where she graduated in December 2018 with a First-Class Masters Degree.
Within a year of working at Malcolm C Foy, Jessica was awarded a Training Contract and qualified as a Solicitor in our Property department in March 2021.
During her period of recognised training, Jessica spent the vast majority of her time within our Residential and Commercial Property departments. She worked closely with and assisted highly experienced property solicitors as well as managed her own caseload as she progressed. Jessica completed her final seat of training in our Litigation department.
Now qualified, Jessica practices within our Property department and undertakes property work from individual and business clients, including but not limited to:

Jill is a Senior Property Assistant within the Residential Conveyancing Department. She joined the firm in 2015 and has worked within the legal profession since 1980 dealing with Conveyancing and Commercial property matters. Jill has worked in all areas of residential property and has been a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Secretaries and PA's since the Institute was first formed.

Lauren Clarke is a Family Solicitor and Head of our Child Care Department. She joined the firm in August 2006 as a newly qualified Family Solicitor and has worked her way up to being appointed as Head of Department. She now deals exclusively with Children Law work and in particular has a wide range of experience in dealing with cases involving Social Services.
Lauren is a qualified member of the Law Society Children Panel and also a committed member of the Resolution Family Law organisation. She is currently working towards becoming an Accredited Specialist in Adoption Proceedings and Private Law Children Work.

Lorraine Ridley is a Chartered Legal Executive who joined the firm in March 2023, having practised in both South and West Yorkshire for several years. Lorraine began her legal career in 1994 and has specialised in all aspects of family law since 1999. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2008 and is a member of the Resolution Family Law organisation.

Nick was educated at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Wakefield before completing a LLB (Hons) Law Degree at Leeds Metropolitan University and the Legal Practice Course at Leeds Law School. He qualified as a Solicitor in September 2016 after completing a two year training contract with Malcolm C Foy & Co.
Nick was appointed as head of the commercial property department in 2018 working alongside highly experienced property solicitors, delivering the best possible service to clients. He acts in a range of substantial property matters including:

Sarah is a Director and a Solicitor, Head of the Wills, Trusts & Probate and the Powers of Attorney & Court of Protection Departments.
Sarah is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, meaning she is within group of lawyers who aim to support and make a difference to older and vulnerable people

Shabana Ali joined our team in 2023 as a Director of the firm and Joint Head of the Personal Injury Department. Shabana qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury lawyers.
Shabana has over 20 years of experience representing injured parties and dealing with personal injury claims. Her speciality lies in dealing with complex road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, and industrial disease cases. She has been involved in negotiating complex settlements and engaging in ADR and mediation through her work.
Shabana started her career in Personal Injury in 2000, and brings to our team a wealth of experience and fresh perspective in the Personal Injury Department and Firm. Shabana's number one focus is on client care and looking after her clients to bring their cases to a successful conclusion. Her prime focus is to help her client's and to support and guide them through the personal injury process. Shabana's focus is to treat her clients with the respect and dignity that they deserve and to help them navigate through the claim process with ease and continuing advice and support. She has dealt with vulnerable clients in the past and understands the sensitivity and empathy that is needed when you have suffered a life changing injury.
Shabana loves to travel, read historical fiction books and develop herself personally. She is a Careers Link Governor in an Academy in West Yorkshire and is also the Diversity and Inclusion Officer with the Doncaster and District Law Society. One of her passions in life is to coach, develop and mentor her team and she has completed her Level 5 Certificate and Diploma in Leadership and Management in order to widen her experience and skills to help develop the team's success.
