Arturs Legzdins

Arturs achieved a first level higher Professional Education Degree in Conservation at Riga Building College in 2013, with particular focus on stone fabrics. Following his academic and vocational training in Latvia, Arturs moved to the UK to expand his practical conservation knowledge skill set and learn about other aspects and restorative techniques. Arturs has quickly climbed the ranks of the business from Site to Senior Project Manager to Associate Director owing to his technical knowledge, superb eye for detail and problem solving, client focused approach. Arturs is very proud of his restoration/conservation background and is genuinely pleased to mentor his team to achieve the Restore London quality of work. Recently achieving MCIOB status as well as the Stone Federation's Rising Star Award 2020, Arturs continues to develop personally and professionally. Claire Rushworth

Claire is an experienced construction industry professional with over twenty years experience in providing quality & environmental management systems and business improvement support to blue chip contractors. Having worked for tier 1 contractors, seconded to major retail clients with large property portfolios, Claire has extensive experience in the performance management of sub-contractors, project processes and effective site set up. With vast experience in consultancy & developing and implementing ISO accredited SHEQ management systems for SMEs, Claire ensures best practice on all Restore London projects. Her role includes the development of project specific management systems in consultation with our project teams, as well as developing and maintaining effective overarching business support processes. Duncan Ansell

Graduating from Bournemouth University in 1996 with an honours degree in Building Conservation Technology, Duncan commenced work in the historic building masonry restoration sector and has not looked back. Duncan's professional career has centred on the disciplines of estimating, surveying, and project management throughout his career to date. Always affording care, understanding, attention to detail and a can-do attitude, which has ensured repeat works on some of our very significant historic buildings such as HM Treasury, British Museum and Royal Hospital Chelsea. We are all very proud of Duncan's achievements outside of work where he has recently graduated from Royal Air Force College, Cranwell with a Queen's Commission. RECENT PROJECTS The British Museum

John Rushworth - Managing Director

John founded Restore London with the aim of providing a highly professional, effective & user friendly project delivery partner to the industry. Having worked his way through the ranks from Stone Mason to Project Manager and onto Director, John recognised the opportunity for a fresh approach distinctly different from the offering already in the market place. This approach, was and continues to be, founded on professionalism, integrity and personal service underpinned by his status as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building. With a sound understanding of the key processes, technical skills and management needed to deliver specialist restoration & refurbishment projects, he is passionate about the consistent delivery of an exceptional service to our clients. John has worked within some of the most demanding client and project environments and his level of repeat order business stands testament to the relationships he is able to forge.

Steve Morgan

Steve is a highly committed and driven construction management professional with over 30 years' experience across many sectors of the industry including refurbishment, new build, commercial, leisure, retail & residential. He has strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to train, develop and motivate people. He has full member status of the CIOB, with sound technical ability and is proficient in AutoCAD. Steve's success has come from forming and leading multi-disciplinary project teams, focusing on exceptional delivery and client satisfaction and attaining repeat business owing to the relationships builds.
