If a young person is experiencing, or is at risk of, homelessness, we can support them with advice to help them understand their options and make informed decisions about their housing situation. We provide intensive housing management, working in partnership with landlords to help young people to sustain their tenancies... Through our Information, Advice and Guidance services (IAG), we work with young people who are considered to be at risk of homelessness... As Durham's leading youth homelessness charity, we support 16 to 25‑year‑olds who are experiencing, or are at risk of, homelessness.
