With over 25 years experience in the insurance industry Carl is the business lead for insurance products. With vast experience in scheme building and product underwriting, Carl has developed a number of successful schemes and products with our partner insurers. Carl has ensured that our company ethos is focuses on insurer relations and profitable accounts.
George is a Director of MyFirst and developed a department that specialises in the niche and non-standard side of the motor insurance market. George and the team offer a flexible approach to help clients who traditionally find it hard to find the correct cover, helping drivers with; motoring convictions, non-motoring convictions, adverse claims history's, hard to cover occupations and previous cancellations/voids.
James is the founder and CEO of MyFirst. He founded the business after realising that there was no specific insurance company in the UK who really focused on guidance and tailored customer service for young people. He had a vision to create a company who spoke young people's language, but at the same time could offer precisely the right information that they required when selecting the correct financial products.
Katie joined MyFirst after completing a master's degree in business at university - She joined the business at a very early stage and has been a core member of the management team as the business has developed and grown. From her initial role as a marketing executive, she has now worked her way up to the position of COO and is responsible for the day - day operations of the business.
