Andrea Gibson joined the company in March 2014. She is a French citizen and holds a Business degree from The University of Westminster. Andrea has more than 15 years of experience in management, finance, strategy, and business development of multinational companies in various industries including O&G. She is responsible for financial, legal and HR business support and environmental, social, governance (ESG) strategy and implementation.
Carole Sorley joined the company in October 2021. She is a generalist with broad experience in many sectors, including sales, marketing, customer service, corporate training and technical writing. Carole is responsible for business support in the Houston office, overseeing finance, HR and legal administration. She is a dual British and US citizen and holds a degree in Adult Education.

Jean-Philippe Rossi joined the company in November 2011. He is a French citizen and holds an engineering degree in Automatics and a post-graduate university degree in Instrumenting and Command. He acquired comprehensive organisational and negotiation skills while leading seismic survey projects for land/TZ/marine seismic on all continents during 20 years with CGG, including 7 years based in Africa and Latin America. He also spent a couple of years in data management services.
Jeniffer joined the company in July 2019. She is a Venezuelan citizen and holds a PhD in Earth Science with focus in Geophysics from Rice University. She has many years of experience in the Oil & Gas exploration and development and has worked for oil companies such as BP and Osprey Petroleum. Jeni is responsible for the generation and development of leads for international MultiClient seismic projects.
Jeroen Hoogeveen joined the company in October 2008. He is a Dutch citizen and holds an MSc in Technical Geophysics from Delft University in the Netherlands. Jeroen has 15 years of experience from technical operations in PGS, prior to joining the company.

Jill Reid joined the company in January 2020. She is a British citizen and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies. She has gained experience in accounts and finance in varying industries including oil & gas, previously working for AMEC (Brent Field Projects) and TASCO (Ernst & Young and Shell joint venture). Jill is assisting with the financial control of the Group accounts.

John Whitcomb joined the company in June 2010. He is a British citizen and holds a BSc in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick in the UK. He has more than 30 years of experience in the marine geophysical service sector worldwide prior to joining the company.
Johnny Fox joined the company in October 2019. He is a British citizen and holds a BSc (Hons) Mathematics Degree. He has over 10 years of experience in financing and accountancy following a move from the Corporate Training sector in Japan. He has exposure in management accounting, business process development and analysis and forecasting strategies.
Ken Thomas joined the company in June 2020. He is a British citizen and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He has over 35 years of finance experience in international businesses in shipping and oil and gas sectors, prior to joining the company. He is responsible for the company's finance function and managing group financial affairs.
Mike Powney joined the company in November 2020. He is a British citizen and holds a Masters degree with distinction in Petroleum Geoscience from the Royal Holloway University, London. He is a geoscientist with experience in seismic interpretation and geological analysis in O&G E&P development. Mike is versed in the interpretation of predominantly West Africa, North Sea and South America basins.

Olga Pevneva joined the company in January 2013. She is a Russian citizen and graduated from Leningrad Mining Institute (now it is The National Mineral Resources University in St. Petersburg) with a degree in Methods of Exploration Geophysics. Olga has more than 20 years of experience in seismic industry from SMNG, Lukoil, Bergen Oilfield Services and Fugro, prior to joining the company.

During the last 15 years, Pascal Lipsky has spearheaded international growth strategies that have been fundamental in the continuing success of the company. He is a French citizen and holds a BSc from Harvey Mudd College, CA, USA. He has more than 35 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, working with companies such as CGG, PGS and Terra Energy Services. Pascal is a founding member of Geoex MCG.

Pierre Benichou has over 50 years of experience in geophysics in Africa, North America and UK. He is a French citizen and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut National des Sciences Appliquees Lyon. Pierre's broad industry expertise has been key to the company's accomplishments. His development of strategic alliances with seismic contractors and host countries have led the company to continuing success. He worked with companies such as CGG and TGS, prior to co-founding Geoex MCG.

Renata Michlova joined the company in September 2012. She is a Slovakian citizen and holds a degree in media communication. Renata is responsible for brand and communications activities both internally and externally. She leads, manages, and directs marketing and corporate communication strategies.

Robert Sorley joined the company in September 2014. He is a dual British-Canadian citizen and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Geophysics from UBC (University of British Columbia), and an MBA from UH (University of Houston). His expertise lies in exploring business opportunities within the exploration industry, formulating strategies and the development of capital allocations. Robert's outreach to clients develops strategic insights, leading to successful execution of projects. Prior to joining the company, he experienced 30 fruitful years working with CGG and PGS.
Sara Franca joined the company in November 2024. She is responsible for office administration, IT management, and HSE compliance. She leads, manages and oversees facilities operations, ensuring efficient office functions, IT support and workplace safety through policies, training, and contractor management. Sara is a Portuguese citizen and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sussex.

Tom Wolden joined the company in January 2013. Tom is a Norwegian citizen, and holds an MSc of Geology from the University of Bergen. He has worked for several leading seismic service- and oil companies, such as COO and CEO for Interoil E&P, various managerial positions in PGS and as Geologist in Saga Petroleum.

Tor Åkermoen joined the company in April 2008 as the Chief Executive Officer of MCG, until March 2014 when he took over the position of Chief Operating Officer. Tor is a Norwegian citizen and holds an MSc in Geology from the University of Oslo. He has more than 30 years of experience in both the oil & gas and seismic industries, working with companies such as Conoco, Total, PGS, and TGS.
