Having worked in People & HR since 2016, I am very excited to be a part of the VUE Group and be involved in a different sector vastly different from any I have worked in before and being able to apply my current skills and build many more.
As the People Partner, I work mainly alongside the Management Team in the business to promote and influence key people principles across the organisation. VUE has built its reputation based around its people, so to be able to have a part in enhancing and strengthening this element is a great privilege. I love working with people and how everyday can be different and unexpected, and working in the HR field certainly keeps me on my toes.
Outside of work I like to travel and explore, and I am a dab hand at DIY! To build and expand my skillset in and outside of work is a great sense of motivation for me, and I hope to continue adding more skills and strengths to my bow!

As Head of Technical Operations, I am part of our operations team delivering products to engineers and customers. We programme, configure and modify each order to your exact requirements.

I joined VUE in April 2018, straight from University and have never looked back. Through this time, I've watched VUE grow significantly which has lead to lots of exciting opportunities.
Over 20 years ago there were just two of us supplying and installing reversing cameras to dump trucks. Since then it has been fantastic to help guide and build the VUE Group to what it is today; a forward-thinking technology and software solutions business. Seeing the team grow the way it has and knowing our products are used every day by the Emergency Services, SMEs and Global Brands alike is amazing.
In my role, I will continue to help drive the business forward. I am as passionate today about finding the best solutions and providing the best possible service for our customers as I was 20 years ago. Our camera and telematics products, along with our in-house software platforms, are at the forefront of the Insure-tech sector. We're making businesses safer by reducing vehicle accidents and by controlling costs when accidents do happen.

Marketing is often referred to as the ‘Colouring-in Department' - but I accept that with open arms! It's up to my team and I to pay attention to detail, and make sure VUE is represented to the public and our customers as well and as accurately as we can be.
As Marketing Manager, it is my job to make sure that everything representing the company is true to its values and brand. This could be anything from a LinkedIn post we send out, to a presentation we give to a potential customer. It is also my responsibility to find the best way to market our amazing products and services to the right people, and to support other departments within the business to make sure they have the tools to accomplish their own roles effectively.
I joined VUE in 2020, a somewhat challenging year, yet despite that I was welcomed to the team. I quickly appreciated the dynamic and supportive company I had joined. Even in such a short space of time and in such challenging circumstances, I have seen VUE grow in leaps and bounds and I'm excited to see and be part of what happens next.
As Head of Product Delivery, my role is broken down into three main areas; leading on agile practices, ensuring team happiness and supporting the delivery of software. I am there to remove any and all obstacles blocking the delivery of new products.
Our aim is to help our customers manage their fleets easily and efficiently using innovative hardware and software solutions.

With over 15 years of experience in software development and digital strategy, I have a passion for finding creative solutions that drive business growth and deliver amazing user experiences.
Although my journey in tech began with a master's degree in Communication Engineering from the University of Manchester, I soon realised my true passion was in software development, and I decided to make the transition. Since then, I've had the opportunity to work with various startups and established organisations across industries like e-commerce, fleet management, and educational services.
In my role at VUE, I focus on defining and executing our technology vision and strategy while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving and product development. I am deeply committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity within our engineering organisation, and I'm always excited to mentor and empower my team members to grow and reach their full potential.

In my role as Business Development Manager for InsurTech I work closely with our Insurer Clients to ensure our existing product portfolio is delivering benefits for them and their policyholders. We are also constantly striving to enhance existing product and create new ones that evolve with the fast pace of change currently happening in the fleet insurance world. I also work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Software Development teams. In addition to this I also manage our Internal data science team supporting them to deliver new products both in the Insurtech space, and building and optimising our fleet proposition.
I started at VUE in early 2021 after spending 18 years working for a large multinational Insurer. I was instantly impressed with the Insurtech offering we have today and saw first-hand the significant saving it makes for claims operations. What really attracted me to VUE was it was clear from the outset how agile a company we are. With an internal software development team working closely with Sales and Business Development we create solutions that work for our customers evolving needs. VUE has been recruiting and growing since the day I arrived. Its great to feel part of a dynamic evolving team.
Outside of work I'm an avid follower of Everton Football Club through its very few successes and sporadic highs! I try to get out on the golf course every now and again however I have a very busy family life at home with 3 girls under 10 years old. They keep me busy most of the time.
I joined VUE in April 2021 and the time has flown by. My primary responsibility is the monthly financial reporting and presenting the Management Accounts to the Exec Team. Alongside this I focus on improving controls and managing areas of risk within the business. I've found VUE a fantastic company to be part of and the people here brilliant to work with. The nature of my role means I have a lot of interaction with people across the business and I enjoy working with the teams to achieve our goals.
Prior to VUE I worked for 7 years as a Production Accountant at two media companies in London. I was part of Channel 4 Horse Racing and Premier League Productions at IMG Media and Don't F**k With Cats and Bad Sport for Netflix at Raw TV.
It's a very exciting time to be at VUE with ambitious targets for 2022 and beyond and I'm looking forward to helping us achieve them.

- Head of Customer Fulfilment
My role covers a variety of elements within the Operations Department. I manage the roll-out of large complex projects from receipt of order to completion of all installations within the fleet. A key part of this is liaising with the customer' various sites, planning a fitment schedule, organising the preparation of kits and securing the required engineers. Another part of my role includes reviewing any business issues that are reported. We work with the customer to resolve any issues promptly and review processes and procedures to ensure we continue to offer our customers excellent service.
I started at VUE in 2004 as the Office Manager and maintaining the financial accounts; we were a team of eight including four field engineers. Over the years I have seen VUE and myself progress and develop; I've managed the expansion of the Operational side of the business, whilst gaining my Accounting Qualification and Degree.
I have a gorgeous little girl, and I am a qualified beautician so enjoy keeping up to date with new products and procedures in that industry. I also enjoy Yoga and baking lots of yummy cakes!
