Bernard Elwen

Bernard is Chair of Trustees at the MS Therapy Centre Norfolk in Norwich. Bernard took early retirement from the Metropolitan Police in 2012, and has a number of voluntary roles. He has been with Neuro Therapy Network since 2014.

Caroline Aird

Caroline joined the Board of Trustees in 2022 and is also CEO of the South West MS Therapy Centre in Exeter. She originally trained as an occupational therapist before moving into managerial roles in the charity sector. Caroline is very active in her local community, having been a parish councillor, and is a trustee of two village halls.

Dr Mark Wilbourn

Mark trained in medicine at the University of Southampton and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He has been awarded the Royal College of General Practitioners Fellowship, their highest award. Mark is a GP appraiser, former Advanced Trauma Life Support instructor, a Trustee of The Oxygen Centre in St Helier, and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber operator.

Duncan Smitton

Duncan has a keen interest in MS as a carer for his wife who lives with the condition. Duncan has worked with the Charcot Therapy Centre in Gloucester since 2012 and became the Chairman in 2020. Duncan runs his own independent financial advice company.

Helen Lambton

Helen is an experienced part-qualified accountant (ICAEW), and fully qualified bookkeeper (AAT) skilled in financial forecasting, management accounting, business partnering, financial control and performance analysis.

Leigh-Ann Little

Leigh-Ann is CEO of The Oxygen Works in Inverness. She is also a member of the Executive of the Neurological Alliance of Scotland. Leigh-Ann joined Neuro Therapy Network as a Trustee as she believes in the power of collaboration and the importance of the charity's work to ensure a thriving network of therapy centres across the UK for many years to come.

Liz Beatty

Liz has worked in the charity sector for over 20 years and is a professional fundraiser with experience of senior roles in a variety of non-profit organisations. She promotes the work of Neuro Therapy Network and our member centres, providing fundraising and marketing support.

Paul Spaven - Chairman

Paul joined the Board of Trustees in 2020 and is a former Chair of The Brightwell Centre in Bristol. Paul retired from his firm, Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (TFT), Chartered Building Surveyors, in March 2020. As a partner of TFT, marketing partner and chairman of the Board, he helped to grow the business and personally developed the firm's European consultancy.

Tori Ducker-Collins

Tori is our Centre Support Manager and is also the Manager of the Oxygen Therapy Centre in St. Helier - the Channel Islands' only therapy centre for people affected by MS and other neurological conditions. She is highly experienced in the delivery of oxygen therapy.​
