Andy Warren - Chief Commercial Officer

With over 20 years' housebuilder and surveyor experience at Taylor Wimpey, Andy is responsible for managing procurement, land appraisals, the commercial elements of land promotion and the sale of land to developers following the grant of planning consent. With a keen eye for financial planning and reporting, Andy also ensures that costs are sensibly and accurately assessed at the outset and managed throughout. Andy started his career with McLean Homes in 1998 moving across to George Wimpey and Taylor Woodrow, which became Taylor Wimpey in 2007, before joining St. Philips in 2018.

Chris Warren

With over 25 years' experience in land and residential development, Chris is focused on the acquisition of new strategic land development opportunities. With a keen reputation for identifying strategic sites and his strong technical expertise, Chris works with his contacts and clients to ensure successful delivery of development projects to generate maximum revenue and value. Formerly Land Director for one of the largest residential developers in the UK, Taylor Wimpey and latterly at Miller Homes, Chris has a wealth of experience in land acquisition, promotion and development under his belt.

Daniel Le Neveu - Managing Director

A highly accomplished and respected individual, Daniel has worked in strategic land development for 17 years and is focused on the acquisition of new strategic land development opportunities. Daniel has an impressive reputation for delivering development opportunities using his commercial awareness, his early identification and sourcing of potential development sites, and his extensive experience which is reflected in his ability to optimise development potential. Daniel is widely renowned for his ability to deliver strong financial outcomes and complex developments, maintaining a strong residential development focus. Prior to establishing St. Philips, Daniel had a successful career spanning two decades at Persimmon Homes, where he was the youngest Land Director and the first ever Divisional Land Director.

Fiona Le Neveu

Fiona oversees the strategic direction of the St Philips Group. She focuses on brand strategy, marketing, PR and social & printed media. Fiona also works with partners and suppliers to foster existing collaborations and to create new ones. A key area of her work is recruiting the St Philips team and developing effective operating processes alongside her colleagues. With over 16 years of land and planning experience working in both the public and private sectors, Fiona has the skills to ensure the St Philips Group is moving in the right direction. Having spent her career, to date, delivering large technically complex land projects, she is well placed to align the land and homes businesses and facilitate change when appropriate. Fiona is a qualified Chartered Town Planner and has previously worked for the Homes and Communities Agency and for major national housebuilders including Miller Homes and Charles Church Homes (part of the Persimmon Group).

Lisa McGinn - Chief Legal Officer

Lisa is an expert in real estate with a wealth of expertise in residential, commercial and mixed-use property and over ten years' experience in the legal and real estate sectors. Dealing with all aspects of real estate transactions, she plays a pivotal role at St. Philips in drafting and negotiating land agreements and commercial contracts, carrying out legal due diligence on land and properties and managing legal suppliers.

Mandip Sandhu

  • Office Manager & PA to Daniel Le Neveu
Mandip brings nearly ten years of PA and office management experience to St. Philips; her highly-organised approach ensures clients receive the best possible land management experience from our in-house team. Responsible for a number of essential office outputs including implementing and maintaining administration systems, diary management, event organisation and invoicing, Mandip is instrumental in ensuring St. Philips provides a stress-free and personalised experience. Joining us from the financial sector, Mandip has worked in Birmingham for the majority of her career and has a great insight into the city and wider Midlands area.

Neil Westwood

  • Site Manager
With over 20 years' experience as a roofer and lead worker, Site Manager Neil Westwood joined St Philips Homes at the end of 2018. Neil's specialist skill set and diverse ability in the field along with a strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional standards of: health and safety, customer satisfaction and build quality means he has quickly established himself as a key member of the St Philips Homes team. His keen eye for detail and vast knowledge of the construction process will help us deliver high quality products and workmanship. In October 2018, Neil took over as Site Manager for Harborne Place, Harborne. Neil has gone above and beyond in his duties and has excelled in managing the site.

Paul Sambrooks

A Chartered Builder with a background in engineering, Paul has well over 30 years of experience in housebuilding and construction. At St. Philips, Paul is a leading figure in ensuring land purchases are feasible and deliverable. He is responsible for value engineering proposals for optimum financial efficiency and delivery, making sure clients receive the best possible value. Paul has held positions at McAlpine Construction, Walsall Council, Bovis, Morris Homes, Barratt Homes and Mar City. He is an expert in dealing with technically complicated or challenging sites, seeing delivery through from inception to completion.

Rebecca Birch

Job Titles:
  • Development Manager
A civil engineer with 15 years experience across the UK and the Middle East, Rebecca is responsible for day-to-day project management of the strategic land portfolio.

Ross Samuel

Job Titles:
  • Land Director ( South )
With nearly 20 years' experience acquiring land for residential developments, Ross is focused on securing strategic land in the south of England and growing the St. Philips brand. Ross has a strong track record of land identification, acquisition and sales and has built an extensive network of contacts across the country. Ross works closely with agents and landowners to drive value on every site. Ross has worked for plc housebuilders Persimmon, Stewart Milne, Taylor Wimpey and more recently as Land Director for Gleeson Strategic Land, where he established and led a land team tasked with securing new opportunities and disposing of consented land.
