We select our birch water from the best sources in Northeast Europe, where the sap is sustainably hand-harvested by local experts from mature birch trees. With the traditional tapping method, we only take the amount of sap that the trees naturally provide us... All of our birch waters are all collected from wild harvests. Our human ancestors were gatherers long before they developed tools for hunting. Wild harvests are as valuable as ever, since they provide our bodies with valuable nutrients and micro-elements that are otherwise not available at this level of concentration or purity.
