Dr Amy Feng

Dr Amy Feng is a Melbourne trained obstetrician and gynaecologist who is passionate about providing holistic, individualised treatment for couples ready to start a family. Amy completed her Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery at Monash University in 2008. She discovered her passion for women's health during her medical residency, when she was awarded the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) Medal in her Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology examinations. She then completed 6 years of specialist obstetrics and gynaecology training at The Royal Women's Hospital and Monash Health. Amy then went on to complete a prestigious 2-year laparoscopic fellowship with the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery Society (AGES), as well as completing a Master of Surgery in Advanced Gynaecological Surgery. Amy cares for patients with pelvic pain, endometriosis and fibroids, and performs complex surgeries if required. During this time, Amy recognised that there was a strong need for patients with endometriosis and fibroids to have tailored fertility treatment, and so she commenced a Master of Reproductive Medicine in order to provide comprehensive and personalised care to these patients. Teaching medical students is important to Amy. She is a Senior Affiliate Lecturer at Deakin University, a RANZCOG training supervisor for training obstetrician and gynaecologists, and is on the AGES Education Committee to oversee the future of advanced laparoscopic gynaecological training. Amy has been invited to present at various conferences and continues to keep on top of the latest research and recommendations. Amy is passionate about providing the highest level of care and support for couples at every stage of their fertility journey.

Dr Charley Zheng

Passionate about reproductive medicine and high risk obstetric care, Dr Zheng feels closely connected to couples' desire for children. While starting his own family and now raising three children of his own, he developed a deep understanding of the challenges and high emotion that's attached to fertility, pregnancy, birth and the post-partum period. After obtaining his medical degree at The University of NSW, Dr Zheng went on to complete his specialist obstetrics training at the renowned Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne. He took a special interest in high risk pregnancies and helped deliver healthy babies referred from all over Australia. Throughout his accomplished fertility career, Dr Zheng has built on his experience in advanced laparoscopy which has allowed him to assist hundreds of women with fertility issues including polyps, fibroids, endometriosis and hydrosalpinges. Dr Zheng is also highly qualified in analysing women's specialist ultrasounds. This means he's better equipped to help his patients make quick and appropriate decisions when it matters most. Due to his extensive training in all aspects of internal medicine, reproductive medicine, laparoscopic surgery, ultrasound and ongoing pregnancy care, Dr Zheng takes a comprehensive, holistic approach when caring for his patients. But while he's focussed on the details he's equally compassionate and approachable and finds great reward in helping women tackle even the most challenging fertility concerns and issues.

Dr Janelle McDonald

Janelle understands that infertility is complex, difficult and affects many couples. She believes that all couples should have access to affordable fertility treatment. Janelle hopes that by getting to know her patients and their families well, they can work together to make their treatment as smooth as possible. Dr Janelle McDonald is a member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and has completed advanced training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. The former Medical Director at Sydney IVF (ACT), and for Primary IVF Sydney Janelle has worked in the IVF field for over 15 years. She's also an examiner for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG). Her main area of expertise is in the management of fertility and hormonal problems from childhood through to menopause. A highly accomplished professional, Janelle offers comprehensive fertility care for all types of female and male infertility including IVF, ICSI and surgical sperm retrieval.

Dr Mahalakshmi Ragunath

Dr Mahalakshmi Ragunath (Maha) has been appointed as a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine and Gynaecology at Adora Fertility and continues to work as a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at SJOG Midland.

Dr Nalini Gayer

Dr Nalini Gayer is a fellow of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and an accredited sub-specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility for more than 20 years. Dr Gayer is also an examiner for the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility subspeciality at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College and has mentored and trained a number of subspecialists. She has worked as a visiting medical officer at Westmead Public, Westmead Private and Gosford Private Hospital and has worked as a Clinical Lecturer at The University of Sydney. She is the first female to be awarded Emeritus Consultant at Westmead Public Hospital. She has worked as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and IVF Specialist for the past 22 years and has delivered more than 6000 babies both in private and public hospitals. She performs advanced laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery and her special interests include endometriosis, PCOS and hysteroscopic surgery for uterine abnormalities and fibroids. She is a member of The European, American and Australian Fertility Societies and continues to update her knowledge and skills. Her personal and empathetic approach to all patients creates a comfortable and understanding environment for many of them to seek her out.

Dr Oybek Rustamov

Dr Oybek Rustamov is a Member of The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of The United Kingdom (2007) and has completed sub-specialty training in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (2015). Oybek holds a Postgraduate Research Degree (MD) from The University of Manchester (2015) and has extensive scientific expertise in the evaluation of ovarian reserve and ovarian stimulation in IVF cycles.

Dr Paul Atkinson

Dr Paul Atkinson is the National Medical Director of Adora Fertility and holds the highest qualification for a fertility specialist, RANZCOG subspecialty Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI). CREI is a qualification held by fewer than 100 specialists in Australia and is awarded after a minimum of three years' training in all aspects of male and female infertility. Dr Atkinson is an expert in IVF, reproductive endocrinology, PCOS, endometriosis, male infertility, recurrent miscarriage and egg freezing. Dr Atkinson completed his CREI training at The Royal Hospital for Women, Sydney and IVF Australia. He also completed a year's fellowship in advanced laparoscopic surgery with SWEC (Sydney Women's Endosurgery Centre) and obtained a Masters of Reproductive Medicine from University of New South Wales. Dr Atkinson completed his obstetrics and gynaecology specialist training at The Royal Hospital for Women, Sydney. He received his medical degree from The University of Sydney and was placed in the top 0.1% for the national medical school entrance exam. He attended high school in Brisbane and was College Captain and Dux of College. Dr Atkinson is an examiner for the CREI qualification for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He is a Conjoint Lecturer at The University of New South Wales where he is involved with the Masters of Reproductive Medicine. He currently sits on the Executive of the IVF Medical Directors' Group. In 2018, Paul took a year's break from medicine and lived in Paris where he obtained a diploma in French cuisine and cooking. Paul is driven by learning and expanding his knowledge, not just in medicine and science but also in the humanities and the arts. Dr Atkinson chose to join Adora Fertility because he is passionate about all Australians having access to high quality, evidence-based and affordable fertility treatment. Dr Stephanie Sii is a highly trained fertility specialist, obstetrician, paediatric adolescent and adult gynaecologist who is passionate about holistically supporting women through their fertility journey, from preconception to delivery. Stephanie has undertaken extensive training and fellowships obtaining her medical degree at the University of Otago (New Zealand) and Masters of Reproductive Medicine at UNSW in Australia. She completed her specialist RANZCOG training in Melbourne before pursuing fellowships in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) and Paediatric Adolescent Gynaecology at the Royal Hospital for Women and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. Stephanie is passionate about helping her patients, including members of the LGBTIQ+ community, achieve their dream of becoming parents. She has a special interest in complex fertility issues including recurrent implantation failure, recurrent miscarriages, poor responders, female genital tract abnormalities and reproductive genetics. She is also an advocate for women who are keen to socially or medically preserve their fertility through egg or embryo freezing when they are not ready to start their family. Known for her warm, empathetic and thorough approach, Stephanie tailors her fertility care to suit the needs of each patient, ensuring that they are provided with first-class, bespoke fertility treatment. An exceptional communicator, Stephanie goes to great lengths to help her patients feel at ease throughout their fertility journey. In addition to treating patients, Stephanie is committed to teaching and research. She has been a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRANZCOG) and Certificate of Women's Health (CWH) trainee mentor since 2016. She has published in peer-reviewed journals in women's health especially in the area of fertility preservation and oncofertility. She is a FSANZ, ESHRE, AGES and ANZPAG member. Dr. Julie Whitehead

Dr. Julie Whitehead is a fertility specialist with over 20 years of experience helping couples achieve their goal of growing their families. Julie studied medicine at Melbourne University and completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Mercy and the Royal Women's Hospital. As part of her Masters in Reproductive Medicine, she conducted research into the fertility of women undergoing chemotherapy. Julie is particularly passionate about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and is a specialist in the PCOS clinic at the Royal Women's Hospital. She is interested in helping women with PCOS achieve their fertility goals and manage their condition through lifestyle modification. Julie has a long history in fertility and is motivated by the innovations and improvements to IVF outcomes she has seen throughout her career, as well as the chance to meet her patients' little ones after successful treatment.
