Connel Steer is a graduate of the Royal Agricultural College, England, with M.R.A.C. in Estate Management, and a Diploma in Agriculture from the Jamaica School of Agriculture. He is a member of the Association of Land Economy and Valuation Surveyors, Jamaica, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London (FRICS), and Chairman of the Vocational Training Institute, Jamaica. Connel is also a licensed Real Estate Dealer in Jamaica. His core responsibilities at the firm span valuation of all property types, for sales, lettings, and mortgages; general estate agency, property management, and preparation of feasibility studies for development proposals.

Karl Allison

Karl Allison is a graduate of the City University, London, with a Master of Science in Property Investment Analysis and Finance; a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Management, University of East London; and a Diploma in Land Economy and Valuation Surveying. He is a Member of the Association of Land Economy & Valuation Surveyors of Jamaica (ALEVS), and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London (RICS). Karl is also a licensed Real Estate Dealer in Jamaica. His core responsibilities at the firm include property management; valuation for sales, lettings, mortgages, auctioneering, probate and estate duties; asset valuations, negotiations for the sale and purchase of property, general estate agency, preparation of feasibility studies for development proposals, as well as participation in the planning and evaluation of development projects. Vastly experienced, Karl has undertaken a wide range of property valuations island-wide and within the larger Caribbean, including Suriname, Barbados and St. Lucia.

Kenneth Allison is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, with a Diploma in Management Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management, London; and a Diploma in Agriculture from the Jamaica School of Agriculture. He is a founding member of the Association of Land Economy & Valuation Surveyors of Jamaica, as well as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London (FRICS). Mr. Allison provides consultant services at the firm and undertakes specialist assignments.

Lloyd Davis

Lloyd Davis is a graduate of the University of Reading, England, with a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management and a Masters in Land Management and Development. He has been a member of the Real Estate Board of Jamaica, as well as a founding member of the Association of Land Economy & Valuation Surveyors of Jamaica. Mr. Davis is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London (FRICS). Mr. Davis provides consultant services at the firm and undertakes specialist assignments.

MICHAEL THOMPSON

With a Banking Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Bankers (London), a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the District of Colombia (USA), as well as international qualifications in Bank and Project Management, Michael Thompson has exhaustive hands-on experience in financing a range of real estate developments. During the course of a career punctuated by numerous leadership positions in retail, commercial and merchant banking at local and international institutions, Mr. Thompson has structured financing for various corporate clients, including residential and commercial real estate developers, as well as government and private investors involved in the resort/hotel management business. Towing his in-depth knowledge of real estate development financing as well as his sales and service expertise for which he has received several awards, Mr. Thompson undertakes specialist assignments at the firm, and spearheads Allison Pitter's real estate consulting arm.
