From his work in new business development, financing, and negotiations to his skill in overseeing design, architecture, construction and other aspects of daily operations, Mr. Pino delivers results. With over 3 decades of real estate development experience, he has shown a talent for handling complex, large-scale, and non-traditional projects with flawless precision. Whether it be a multi-family development with 1200+ units and 112,000 square feet of retail space, converting a challenging rental property to condominiums, or selecting prime sites for urban infill mixed-use projects, Mr. Pino's passion for real estate and strict attention to detail has ensured a positive outcome every time. Additionally, Mr. Pino is highly experienced in the upper-level functions of real estate development, often working hand-in-hand with lenders and investors, as well as government and neighborhood officials to maximize outcomes for all involved. It is this precise attention to detail and versatility with numerous different project types that Mr. Pino brings to Alta Developers to position the firm's projects as some of the most forward-thinking in the market.

Mr. Pavlov is engaged in all facets of Alta's ground up developments specific to multifamily and mixed-use projects including procuring land acquisition, assemblage, investment underwriting, due diligence, coordinating with internal and external counsel in all facets, coordinating debt and equity sources amongst other areas. Prior to joining Alta, Jonathon was the director of asset management at CGI Merchant Group, a private equity firm based out of Miami, Florida. Prior to joining CGI, Mr. Pavlov worked with The Easton Group and NAI Miami in the commercial brokerage and asset management divisions. Mr. Pavlov earned a bachelor's degree of business administration in finance and real estate from FIU and a Master of Science in International Real Estate focused on real estate investment and private equity from the FIU Hollo school of real estate.

As Vice President of the Closings Department at Alta, Marie Diaz is responsible for overseeing the due diligence aspects of the purchase and finance transactions prior to closing. Her responsibilities include ensuring that the acquisitions, financing (including refinancing, construction, and permanent loans) and sell outs are completed in an expeditious and timely manner. Marie has served in that capacity for the past 15 years. Prior to joining ALTA, she has worked in the title and escrow industry for +35 plus years as a title agent, in the residential, multi-family and commercial industry. Her primary background is in title examinations but has expanded her responsibilities to include oversight of personnel, production, and market penetration. She was born in Cuba and emigrated to the United States as a little girl in the 70s. She developed a sense of incredible work ethic early on as she needed to assist in providing for her family's everyday needs. Her goals and aspirations have always been to be the best version of herself that she can be. She strives to be an impressionable professional and works tirelessly to ensure a quick and smooth closing.

Patricia O. Espinosa, Esq. is in-house legal counsel for Alta Development and Alta Development Miami Funds. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1991, and a licensed real estate broker since 2001. She has been in the real estate and legal industries for 25+ years and has a huge passion for the business. She believes in working hard and is committed to providing exceptional work for ALTA and its numerous development projects. Ms. Espinosa was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and comes from a real estate background with emphasis in commercial and residential new construction in south Florida. Her primary work has been in representing developers from land acquisition to closing and has conducted more than $1B in closings for some of the top developers in south Florida including Alta Development. Her primary responsibilities include providing legal support to the development team from land assemblage to project completion.
