Adam graduated from Birkbeck University with a degree in French Studies, before moving into commercial property sales. In 2008 Adam made the move into recruitment and has built up an extensive network across the legal and corporate governance fields.
In 2010 Adam set up the Financial Services Corporate Governance desk in his previous company, building up a network and placing candidates into a variety of financial companies from Bulge Bracket Banks and global insurance firms to smaller boutique Finance businesses.
Bringing over 6 years of specialised sector experience and an extensive network, Adam joined ARRC to grow the Financial Services offering.
Adam is a keen sportsman and a huge tennis fan, and can be seen visiting the courts of SW19 every summer.

After graduating with a BSc in Sport Science & MSc in Business Management from Loughborough University, Craig moved into the world of recruitment, and built teams across Internal Audit, Core Finance, Public Practice and other areas of Corporate Governance.
In September 2014, Craig co-founded The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company Ltd, which is now a market leading niche recruitment business in the world of Corporate Governance.
Craig's experience and specialism in the Audit and Risk Market has made him one of the leading subject matter recruitment experts across the FTSE 100/250 + Fortune 500, as well as the Public Practice space globally.
In 2020, in the middle of a Global pandemic and a national lockdown, Craig launched both the International Audit & Risk offering across the globe, as well as the companies second brand, Tax & Treasury Recruitment Specialists (TTRS).
Outside of work, Craig is a keen tennis player, and in his past life has represented Great Britain as a junior. When enjoying more sedentary activities, Craig enjoys spending time with his young family and playing golf.

Dan graduated from Canterbury university with a degree in Politics and Religious Studies. After graduating Dan enjoyed a number of years working in Internal Audit across the private, public and not for profit sectors.
Dan joined The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company in 2021 and is the UK Industry & Commerce regions and Not for Profit lead that focus on assisting organisations in the ‘Industry & Commerce' as well as our 'Not for Profit' space.
He recruits for Internal and IT Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls professionals into their specialist functions.
Outside of work Dan is a keen supporter of Spurs football club and enjoys going to the movies

Ed studied International Relations at the University of Leeds, securing a 2.1 with honours. After graduating, he lived in Italy working as a teacher before moving to Taiwan in 2016 to study Mandarin full time. He is now proficient.
Ed leads on our International offering across the globe. He leads a team that covers the US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.
The prmiary focus is across commerical organsations in the Industry & Commerce space for both 2nd & 3rd line requirements.
In Ed's spare time, he enjoys martial arts, and is a black belt in Kung fu.

Harry studied Criminology at the University of Kent, graduating with a Second Class honours.
Harry focuses on the Internal Audit market for our FTSE 100/250 client base located in London & the Home Counties
When Harry is not working he loves DJing at Drum and Bass gigs, producing new music, watching psychological thrillers, running and going out with his friends.
Lizzie studied Drama at the University of Exeter. In between terms she would freelance in events which led onto her career as a Wedding and Corporate Events Manager with a well-known horticultural charity. Lizzie has joined the Industry and Commerce team at The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC), working closely with the team to recruit Internal and IT Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls professionals into our client base of FTSE100, Euro250, Fortune 500 companies.
Outside of work, Lizzie enjoys planning her next trip around the world and socialising with friends.

After graduating in Politics & Economics and joining a FTSE 100 retailer's graduate trainee programme, Marcus moved into the world of recruitment and immediately specialised in the recruitment of Corporate Governance professionals into FTSE100 and 250 companies.
Over 10 years, Marcus grew the Audit & Risk division of a multinational recruitment company into one of the largest specialist internal audit recruiters in Europe, with clients in Industry, Financial Services and Practice. In 2014, Marcus partnered with Craig to launch The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC).

He's a very keen, but not very good skier, he loves a game of tennis and is mad about golf…

Mark has enjoyed his entire career working across the Audit and Risk Agenda. He joined KPMG from Warwick University working in London and the United States. He then made the move into industry and has held Audit and Risk Director roles in a number of companies including, Johnson Matthey, Rolls-Royce and Sandvik where he was based in Stockholm, Sweden. He is currently the Group Risk and Audit Director at Balfour Beatty plc in London. His career focus has been building world class multicultural teams working across Audit, Risk and Compliance.
Mark enjoys both indoor and outdoor activities being a keen chef, wine collector and seasonal participant in country pursuits.

Tom studied Political Science at the University of Leeds, securing a 2:1 with honours. After graduation, he began a career in recruitment, initially specialising in placing software developers and business analysts with top investment banks.
Tom joined The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company in 2015 and is currently in charge of growing our 2nd line of defence offering. He is focussed on finding the best candidates in Risk Management, Internal & Financial Controls, Compliance and SOX, and placing them into FTSE 100 & 250 sized businesses.
Outside of work, Tom is the drummer in a rock band and will happily discuss the latest drama unfolding at Arsenal FC.

After graduating from the University of Sussex with a Degree in History, Tom moved into the recruitment industry. He spent 5 years at the Hydrogen Group, learning everything there is to know about Internal Audit & Risk Management, and quickly moved up in a team leader role.
Tom joined the Audit & Risk Recruitment Company in May 2015 and leads their Technology Governance division. He recruits into Industry & Commerce and Consulting firms, specialising in recruiting IT Audit, Cyber Security, IT Control, Data Analytics and Data Privacy professionals. He is known for showing professional integrity and a deep knowledge of the Technology Governance market that sets him apart from the competition.
Away from the office he enjoys reading, cycling and tenns as well as spending time with his young family.

Tom graduated from Southampton University in Mathmatics. He then pursued a career in both Internal & External Audit, before deciding to make the change to recruitment.
Due to his wealth of knowlegde in the External Audit Market, Tom now leads on this new area of our business to support our clients in the Big 4, Top 10, 20 and 50 practice firms.
In Tom's spare time he is a massive Tennis fan, and you will often see him frequent the Wimbledon Championships multiple times a year!
