Where practical we have allowed some of our staff to work from home. We have a high speed dedicated internet line into the lab with alternative back up lines in support. This combined with our in house IT team allow us to scale up and down our IT systems to facilitate this... We have our own dedicated courier team who are determined to be there to collect your samples and deliver them to the lab each day. Within this we have contingency drivers in place to cover any runs should anyone have to self-isolate... We are where practicable keeping our different service departments staff separate from each other to reduce the risk of cross infection.
